Berkot's Super Foods

Berkots shelves are always full. Their food products are fresh
and reasonably priced. I called and asked about purchasing a smoked butt. The employee went to that department to physically LOOK. Came back to the phone and let me know that he had it and would hold it for me to pick up. Customer service like you never see any more.

I always enjoy shopping at Berkot's good selection, the store is always clean and the employees are helpful. Probably the best grocery store in Lockport.

With Over 109k Contributions I feel that helping people during this time is very important . This Berkots location has some of the best and most helpful employees. Nancy saw me struggling with clipping coupons, and she jumped rite I'm to help!! Berkots should make it that if you are a loyalty customer, all and every coupon should be automatically available. Think about making life easier. Btw.. I love this Store and everything they sell!

Within an hour and a half they had a full 10-person complete turkey dinner with sides ready for us on Thanksgiving Day last minute because Jewel lost our order. Staff is awesome! Thank you for saving our Thanksgiving!

It's clean and organized. It has a wonderful bakery department, produce and meat department. I will be back.

Great place, 'fresh fruits & veg; " GREAT CHICKEN", and also have hot pre-made meals= are very tasty!! But the "BEST' I've founf= their prepackaged "BEEF' & also w/ bag of ajus'e; better tasting than 'yepp; PoPs!!

Clean store ,good parking ,the cashiers are nice and friendly and competent.The deli staff is outstanding, friendly,kind,helpful absolutely the best.Deli goes out of there way to help and I cant say how nice they are.Thanks!

Great meats and sales on truckload days. Good variety of bakery. Prices are moderate. They have an overall large amount frozen foods too. Definetly one of my favorite places to buy my meats. Poorboys (cube steak) and hand cut bacon are my favorites from here.

May not be big, but produce and meat dept are exceptional! Prices better then bigger grocery stores.

I like this place. Just because it feels like I'm in town and people know me. For the he record I was in town but I don't know anyone there.

I picked up a 1/2 sheet cake I've ordered 3 days before and the lady was so awesomely friendly. Like normal nice and not at work fake. She even made a comment or two how she remembered how I ordered the cake. I was careful considering and being ultra conscious about the celebration itself and caring enough not to be placing age anywhere on it. It was inexpensive too! Like less than a pizza order. Thanks for the help Berkots!

Great meat and deli departments. I've gone there to get their home made egg salad and it never disappoints. It is delicious. They are always friendly and helpful.
I went to the meat dept. looking for a tender roast. The butcher recommended the Prime Chuck Roast. I looked at the price and discovered that it was only a dollar more per pound than the Choice Grade. That didn't make sense. Having experience in a meat dept. I know Prime Grade meat is very limited, and expensive. This wasn't priced, in my opinion, like legitimate Prime. But I took a chance.
It was exceptionally tender!
I went back on another occasion. Same result! Superbly tender roast that falls apart in your mouth and has wonderful flavor!
I am sold!

Picked up a large order for a family gathering from their deli. Everything was ready when promised. Food was excellent.
