This location has always been amazing but the other day my phone kept overheating so I brought it in and becca helped me file a claim and got me a new one rite away with my insurance then I went back to get all of my info transferred over and it was a battle to get it done but becca helped again and she did not give up and got it all worked out and my phone works great thank you becca your amazing

Needed a new phone, Brian helped me find a phone that would fit my needs. Brian did not try to sell me a phone with more bells and whistles that I did not need. Helped my sister with a problem with her phone. Brian was extremely courteous and very personable. Order the phone that I choose, as they did not particular phone in stock. Told me to come back when the phone arrives and he will transfer my into to the new phone and answer any questions I had. He also will show me all the features on the phone. Great guy! Great place!

Jordan and his corwoker Mr. Hernandez run the best AT&T store in Illinois. They transferred all data from my two old phones to my new ones. Seamless process and will not visit any other store for my cellphone needs. If you are not tech savvy and will need assistance with setting up your new phone this is the location for you! Thanks again guys 5 stars are not enough. 10 stars

Clean store. We were helped by Anthony who was very patient and caring with our two young boys. He was the only at&t staff member working that day. We noticed that customers before us where giving him a hard time. He had a great positive attitude the entire time with every customer. Anthony had a great sense of urgency despite him being by himself. We appreciate the good service he definitely deserves a raise.

I was sent a replacement phone after mine malfunctioned, and Brian, the store manager could not have been any more friendly and welcoming. He had several customers already when i arrived, however, he did an outstanding job of checking in with each of the customers.

I have been in customer service for 30 + years and i would hope his upper management realizes the asset they have with having him on their team.

His upbeat attitude and knowledge helped me feel like a valued customer. He should be recognized since this was my second time in the store in the last several years and what normally is a source of frustration actually made it bearable.

ASK FOR BRIAN!!! I went in with the intention of spending only $300 on a new phone. I ended up paying $ 440 but I got a case, a screen protector & a free wireless charger. This guy was one of the most informative & helpful people I’ve ever met in retail. He helped me setup my new phone, & transfer the data from my old phone. He’s charismatic, honest & understanding with his customers & he wants you to get the best deal. AT&T had better give this guy a raise, master of his craft. 👏🏼

I had a very unique situation which is to much to explain . But feel the need to write this review . BRIAN at the lockport store was nothing but amazing. My issue I was having he could have easily not tried to help me , but he did nothing but offer amazing service to help me in any way he could. Not many people out there these days that truly care. So shout out to you Brian thank you for helping me for hours trying to resolve my issue! Side note store was very clean, great customer service . I will recommend to everyone I know

We originally tried to go to a different location in Orland Park but they were inside with their doors locked, and would not answer their phones, so we found ourselves at the Lockport location. We were greeted right away by the young man, I believe may have been Daniel, who assisted us. He was very knowledgeable, tried to get us the best deal, but didn't push either. He answered all of our questions and looked up to verify things before he answered so he didn't give out misinformation. He made the process very easy and not at all frustrating and we walked out with two upgraded phones.

Brian helped with my phone upgrade. I had a 10XR and it started losing battery power very quickly. Also people were not able to hear me- I was always needing to use the speaker phone.

He helped me choose a new 12Pro and I turned in my old phone for a credit of $700 over 3 years. Not only that, he helped me to find a better plan to reduce my Direct TV and my phone payment to AT&T. Overall I was extremely happy with Brian and my visit to the Lockport, IL store!!!

Brian worked with me asking several questions about my cell usage to make sure I got the best phone for my purchase.

I went into this store as it opened this morning. Brian was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and kind, not only to me but to each customer that walked through the door. He transferred everything to my new phone and ensured all was correct before I left.
Much different than my recent experience at another local AT&T store.

Honestly what a great experience. I had a couple issues and questions. They had the answers I needed and hoped for. On top of that that offered promotions for phone cases and screen protectors that are life time warranty and gave me a free wireless phone charger which is a huge help.

Anthony at this store is terrific! I took my iPad in today because I’d had trouble setting it up and had questions about my bill. He was so great—patient, resourceful and knowledgeable. Anthony solved the problems and answered all my questions.

Great experience! Brian Cochran provided outstanding customer service. I usually dread going into the cell phone stores. Brian had me on my way within minutes. Also had a very impressive beard.

Brought in new iPads to activate 4g service. They needed all updates performed. These guys were the best! Although my updates were time intensive they kept checking on the status and kept things moving. I really appreciated the service and how nice they were to deal with. Also reviewed my current plan to find me some cost savings. This will be my AT&T store from now on!

Went to the Homer Glen location, but they didn’t have what I was looking for so I went to Lockport instead. Roberto gave phenomenal service. Dude deserves a promotion.

I have been to this location on more than a dozen locations, hands down the most knowledgeable AT&T staff around. The manager, Brian Cochran, is a complete class act; the man goes above and beyond for his clients. Thanks again for the great service, will be referring friends to this location.
