Went to the car wash today, and I didnt know that it didnt take cash. I didnt have enough money on my debit card. I couldnt get out of line as there were a line of cars behind me. I had no idea what to do, so I called inside and explained and asked the gentleman to please open the doors so I could get out and instead of coming out there with an attitude, he bought my car wash for me, told me to have a nice day and asked me to pay it forward. If that is not customer service, then I have no idea what is. If more people were as kind as him, this world would be such a nicer place to be! Im sorry that I did not catch his name, but thank you soo much, for the great customer service, sir!!

I had a couple problems with the app and my subscription with trying to start the car wash. They helped me at this Lockport location and it was smooth. I'm glad its active for close to an hour so I could fix the problem. As for the car wash, I loved the time it carefully took to wash and polish my car after. It left it cleaner and the experience was nice just being parked there waiting it, the way it went back and forth multiple times. I also liked the timed dryer. I'm happy I subscribed, I hope the app works better next time!

Gas tends to be more expensive here than other stations located around Lockport, so keep driving a bit further down for a better price. Otherwise, clean facilities and good customer service.

The employee was so rude she was an old lady. When asked about rewards she doesnt know how to get the option and was not accepting the rewards and also threatened me that she would not ring me up if the payment didn’t go through once while i was still figuring out to scan for rewards. The tab was slow to make payment yet she was rude and the pump 8 was nor giving shell regular it has worked with shell power only.
