Absolutely the biggest jewel store that i have been too i mean enormous they have absolutely everything you need from liquor to groceries to festive/seasonal stuff to basically anything they have their own bakery restaurants Wich are delicious btw hands down one of the best places to go and a lot of the times they have very good bargains not to mention they also have their own pharmacy and did I mention a huge store like even the ceiling high not that it matters but it definitely don't hurt it lol 🤣

my favorite place to shop for groceries! always clean and friendly atmosphere, easy to navigate, helpful employees, and great sale prices if you use the jewel coupon app. rarely out of stock of anything im looking for and very good meat and deli departments. they have a nice selection of fresh flowers and and a convenient self checkout. i definitely recommend

We went in for stuffing ingredients and a few other things. Busy, but in and out. Cashier and bagger were two men, super nice.

Needed last minute help and Gabriel was a able to assist and smooth anxiety over meat served. Thank you!

My friend shared her experience with the manager at Lockport today. I think she said it was Brian. She has such a horrible experience in Homer Glen and was strongly mistreated. She said how kind the gentleman at Lockport was. I just wanted to say KUDOS and it will make me go to this location instead. I am boycotting the Homer Glen location for sure!

This Jewel is definitely one of my favorite locations. I go out of my way just to shop at this store. They tend to have most of everything you're looking for in stock and it's always kept clean.

We have been to Jewel weekly ever since they have an iPhone app, it’s much easier to find deals and use them at checkout. Jewel has best deals on milk, produces and other products. Lockport Jewel staff is very helpful at self checkout and anything else.

Staff are courteous, helpful and ready to assist especially seniors in loading their groceries in their carts. Place is well maintained and clean. Kodus!

Their bakery made an outstanding birthday cake for us! Our guests raved about it, and went back for second helpings, and even thirds!
The cake was moist, the frosting was delicious, and it was decorated beautifully - white frosting, pink roses, and pink words to personalize it....exactly as requested. And it was ready at the promised time. The employees were super helpful, by phone and during pick-up! It was a fabulous first experience. I will definitely return to Jewel's bakery for our next celebration!

I stopped in the other night to make a quick stop and their new express lanes which replaced the self check out seemed to make things run more smoothly and got me out quickly. Also - Their floral department did a great job on my wedding flowers! Much appreciated for the great service and affordable price.

Nicole S was helping me out with my floral needs today and she was very helpful and accommodating! I wish I could've met the manger to tell them how wonderful she was.

Very friendly evening cashier's Valentina was very kind and the meaning of good customer service. Great selection of ice cream and chips. Isle were very clean and easy to grab items and go. Thankful for this location.

Helena at the Lockport jewel just chopped me up some green peppers because they were out. Best customer service around. I always come here because customer service is ALWAYS TOP NOTCH. I will pay a little extra to get treated right. Kudos to jewel and Helena.

I stopped at the Jewel in Lockport to grab some flowers before heading to the hospital to see my Grandmother. Alice in the floral department was extremely helpful, happy, and kind. She seemed to really take pride in what she does. She ended up quickly throwing together a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I am very indecisive and she was so patient and helpful. Thank you Alice! You deserve a raise!

Friendly staff, great place to watch games, TVs everywhere. Also, experienced friendly patrons there. I liked the environment for sure.

The pharmacy takes the time with the patients when a there is a concern about the prescription be it with the doctor or insurance company. The one pharmacist genuinely cares about making sure to prioritize the way to remedy the situation which is the patient and then address the rest. We have thanked Rob for going above and beyond to make sure I can get the medication needed. He is so humble and considers it part of the job.

Always clean. Friendly staff. Kind of small but still a nice size. Many food options/brands. A lot of organic and gluten free options. Fresh meat. But Walmart is cheaper.
