Exactly what we were looking for when we decided to go out for a home cooked breakfast.
We were able to find a seat at the counter and were quickly greeted for drinks. I ordered pancakes and my wife had the biscuits and gravy. Though the food took a long time, we will excuse it because they were very busy.
The pancakes were fluffy and very good.
I can definitely see us returning in the future.

The best homestyle around and the coffee is delicious. I have been to them all. What a great place! Did I say the coffee was really amazing?

Small but amazing. You may have to wait a few minutes for a table but it is all worth it.
Very friendly staff and AMAZING, actual home-cooked food. The prices are very reasonable, as well....especially for the quality of food you are served.

This was my second time dining in this old timey, nostalgic filled, small town diner. I was so thrilled I could share the experience of this restaurant with my entire family. We all came in on 1/09/24 and had a great time together. Kelly was the only waitress working that day due to being down a server, but she handled a full house as if it was nothing. The owner is a nice guy and his wife is a fantastic cook who handles the grill like a natural born professional. I personally witnessed the owner get up from a four seater table, so that some gentleman could sit down and order and enjoy their meal. I swear the customer service here is truly exceptional and the food itself never disappoints.
The prices here cannot be beat with all the food that comes with your breakfast choices. My youngest son kept raving about how his blueberry pancakes were the size of his head. That is not an exaggeration either! The coffee is always hot, fresh, and forever flowing. My fiancé ordered the “Big Breakfast” and it was quite BIG indeed.
My two teenage sons ordered the burgers that I attached pictures of below to this review. For an extra $3.99 you cannot go wrong with upgrading it to the deluxe, which comes with french fries and a fountain drink.
There is a lot of old school pictures, dedications to veterans, and Coca-Cola memorabilia that decorates the walls and shelves all around on the interior. It is definitely a blast into the past and a real treat to see what it was like back in the day when this restaurant first came about.
There is two entrances and exits to this place. One is out front and the other is on the backside of the building. The bathroom is unisex and is clean and well maintained.
Granted the original owners have passed on, you can enjoy the delicious comfort foods, hospitality, and family like atmosphere that diner offers to all.

Finally made our way to Aunt Betty's for a delicious breakfast. Was not disappointed. From the moment you step through the screen door you are greeted with warmth, wonderful smells and a an old time charm and feel of years past. The food is cooked to order and tastes like mom's or Grandma's cooking. We will definitely be going back and try more dishes.

At first I was a little worried because the service was slow. The waitress came over at this point and apologize for her slow response because they were having an equipment malfunction with one of their machines. The food was amazing, the portions were great, and the staff was really nice.

Family moved to Pinckney when I was a junior in high school (I graduated on 1979). My Dad, who was a pastor in the area, ate lunch here everyday and I often stopped on my way to work to have breakfast. Did my heart good to step back in time and relive the happiness of those years. Thanks to the newer ownership who preserved the history and vibe of the original. The food and service are excellent! Would highly recommend!

I order the classic scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns and end it with a blueberry pancake. The coffee is good and I’m always satisfied. Service is good too.

Yummy! The A1 Sub is really good, and there must be a pound of Dearborn brand bologna on the fried bologna sandwich! Wow! And the fries are fresh and perfectly fried to golden brown! The service is attentive, friendly, and not obnoxious. I’m so glad we stopped!

Definitely a great breakfast! Try the corned beef hash with a couple eggs on top (they make their own corned beef in house). It's delicious, and enough to take home for a couple more meals! :-)

Easily the best corned beef Ive ever had, and Sally was super nice. We were passing through and wanted to grab some breakfast, and the place had a great classic diner vibe, great food, and nice staff

The food, service, and hospitality here are wonderful! I haven’t had a meal I didn’t enjoy yet! And, if you like sausage gravy, theirs is worth the trip - truly outstanding! In short, I recommend a visit here for breakfast or lunch - you won’t be disappointed!!

Went with the patty melt, which is my go-to for first time at a new place. Burger was cooked perfectly, and the rye was nicely marbled and perfectly toasted. They were generous with the fries and my drink never got empty.

It's a small place, and the owner was at the grill. Service was efficient and the food was good. Definitely worth a return trip to further explore the menu!
