I showed up thinking they would point me in the right direction for the stripped out screw head for my oscillator. Instead they ended removing the stripped screw for me and helped me find a replacement. Even more grateful considering the employee cut himself in the process trying to get the old screw out.

I felt the least I could do is right my first review ever and hope that his knuckles are feeling better. They definitely went way beyond what I was looking for. I can't recommend Ace hardware in Pinckney enough
