As a first time homebuyer, I was anxious about every decision I needed to make during the buying process. Most of all, I was nervous about choosing an agent I could count on. On a recommendation from my grandmother, Charles was my choice. He earned my trust and respect by helping me set realistic expectations and map out my options. He exhibited a mastery of real estate knowledge that made me feel more secure moving forward with each step. I had an infinite number of questions and concerns, but Charles had (or found) an answer/solution to each one.
