My partner and I are thankful that Terminix helps control insects in and around our home all year. Our service tech, Patrick, always does an excellent job keeping us informed of what he does and why. He is flexible in working around our work schedules, and always courteous and respectful of us and our home. We feel very comfortable and appreciate the excellent service!

Everyone we have dealt with since your restructuring has been very nice and professional. I believe our service is based out of Lansing Michigan. Our technician Lane Merrill is outstanding in every way for us and our homes protection. He has been consistently flexible with our schedules to provide services while were home. He effectively communicates to address any of our concerns or general questions. Terminix is extremely fortunate to have such a talented technician representing your brand! We feel having Terminix termite and general pest programs provide the best protection for our home. Thank you Lane, and Terminix!!

Fast and professional service. Reps were informed and good communicators. I kniw what to expect from their service program, and understand what to watch for in the future.

Patrick was awesome! He alone is worth the score of 10/10. He was knowledgeable, patient, listened to all of my concerns, walked through and checked the whole house, and put my concerns to rest. He provided excellent service and gave my great peace of mind. Super happy with the service, information, and promptness. He was also a real pleasure to talk with. Terminix was worth it just to work with him!

The guys came took care of the situation and were very good at their job. If your having a problem with a critter give them a call it will be taken care of.

Terminex representative called to check on satisfaction of recent pest reapplication. Very friendly and listened to the problem and inquired if the reapplication was effective. She was very personable and knowledgeable. And to call back if the problem was not fully resolved.

I have been using your services for several years now and I am really pleased with everything. I used your competitor first and there was always problems: never calling first and just showing up, they said a tech was here and charged me and then called a week later to schedule the same visit they just charged me for. Your company is straight forward. Call and schedule, show up in the time frame given, perform services, charge me. It really is that easy. Eric is a great technician. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. It is exactly how great customer service should be which is becoming less popular in today’s world. Keep up the great work Eric!!!!

I didn't have to waste my time with a bunch of voice prompts to actually speak with a live human being. I received prompt and professional service very quickly! The inspector was easy to talk with and explained answers to ALL my questions and concerns. The exterminator was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Communication was great with everyone!!!

Brandon Morgan is an excellent technician. He made sure to find all my bait traps and checked. Brandon is an asset to your company.

Ive been using these guys for about 6 months and i can say i 100% recommend them. Im on a yearly plan so i have a scheduled appointment every 3 months. If i have an issue in between i just have to call and they will come at no cost and take care of the issue. Service technician is also always super friendly

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Patrick my tech takes pride in his job, communicated clearly, was patient and thorough with my questions and was super friendly. Feeling comfy with your tech is so important when having pest control done.

We discovered a carpenter ant issue and have many animals here, ducks, geese, dogs, chickens etc and they sent me the names of the products prior so our vet could give the ok for safety.

We love our Service Technician Juan! He is so polite, Informative and helpful! He always makes sure our needs our met and helps us as much as possible with all of our backyard bug issues!

Scott is the best but when I call to make sure I am “NOT” on auto pay. I could not get on the web site to pay so had to do it online by your Automated system and when it was done I think she said I was now enrolled on the auto pay I do not want auto pay I have called several times for two days and cannot get anybody live to answer the phone I have a sent text messages with a promise that they will return my call or my text have heard nothing

Nick is great at his job, he knew I was so upset about getting these nasty bugs and made me totally relax, he explained the process and how it's not anything I'm doing wrong that they came here. We will get them gone. I highly recommend him, make sure to give him feedback on the great job he does
