Quality Dairy Store

While this QD is one if the less fancy in the area, and their donuts are rarely warm, the staff is hilarious and going here is a joy. I can't emphasis how much good customer service makes a difference. This one is a gas station too and with your QD card you get 3 cents a gallon off automatically.

Wife grabbed one of these doughnuts she like them I grabbed the king Stevian CD which is also on Itunes.

Feel like this QD is pricey but its right next door. Tou can't beat that even for price. They have a food section of items you could need. I get a slushie often. I don't care for the fountain pop.

I love the qd by my place. The people are great and it's just nice and convient. Always clean !

Clean store, friendly service. They have what I need

Convenient location, but wish they were 24hrs. QD never has the selection of speedway though on drinks and snacks. Unless QD modernizes its stores and improves selection, it will continue to die a slow death.

1 of 2 Gas Stations. This QD is moderately okay. High prices for everything. And it gets pretty busy here. I would say it's well liked.

Not as organized as their other locations. Still good staff.

Im a veteran of the Army who works for tons of models, I will tell the whole world , to never go to this QD they suck! the people there suck! They are rude!

I am a former qd manager and I was surprised at this store. The ice creams freezers were down and should be be cleaned. I turned off the 6 empty coffee pots. There were starting to burn. Two things stopped from walking out. Chip dip and cider. The clerk was polite and efficient.

So their "Loyalty Program" only refers to when an employee decides to be loyal to the customers. The employee Nee Cee, can decide if she wants to scan the Loyalty card...or pretend to scan toe Loyalty card. If she accidentally missed the scan, she had the opportunity to mention it when I had to ask for my receipt. I've always been asked if I want my receipt by other QD employees. This time, Nee Cee did not offer it. I asked for it since I knew, from my last receipt that this purchase, I would qualify for my free item. When it didn't happen, I wanted the receipt to see why. I didn't have time to ask then, being on my way to work so when I returned to talk with store manager, she explained that THERE IS NO WAY TO GO BACK AND GIVE ME MY LOYALTY POINTS...so I see no reason to continue to shop here because Quality Dairy has NEVER shown LOYALTY to me as a customer. I will however, continue to make my purchases at Speedway, where they will allow you to add receipts to your Loyalty Card with them, that was previously left out...ESPECIALLY DUE TO EMPLOYEE ERROR!!!! #NoLoyaltyAtQualityDairy

Was there tonight few min till 2 and qd work got in the way to stop me from getting beer when what he needit could got it later he was white im black feel dome type of way when things like this happy andcit feel like it was done for a reason? So sad for qd store to make me feel this way!

Just went there Sunday night 10 922 at 10:40 asked the gentleman could he get me a gallon of milk out of the walk-in he said he was busy to ask the lady bring the cash register some customer service he was a bigger black guy I’m just a just lazy but it’s not good customer service neither so much for w/d like I said Sunday night October 9, 2022 1040 bad customer service

Just wasted my time going up there because it says opens at 6 but it really opens at 8, that needs to be communicated on here or something , I’m so irritated.
