Crown Trophy

I have dealt with this business for our Youth Football League in Bath for the last 8-10 years. They have always hit the deadlines and gave us great service. Now I asked them to take our 30 year old Fantasy Football Trophy and redesign with the original on it. They were up for the challenge. Worth the drive to Grand Ledge.

Levi did an amazing job on the design I wanted. Every detail of the plaque is perfect!!! Highly recommend Levi and Crown Trophy! Well done!

Update: 4/20/2015- The company called me after it was taken over by different management. They were concerned with the 1 star review and made things right with me (original review is below). They stated that the manager was fired as they received several indications that this was happening. I am a true believer that a person or company shouldn't be judged by the mistakes they make but by how they right the ship rather. I have decided to give them 4 stars in place of the 1 star I left previously and the only reason for the 4 is due to the inconvenience that was experience. I would recommend this company as I am sure they will deliver 5 star service going forward.

This company is a joke. Terrible communications and never received our trophy. I have left several messages with no return call. Beware and go somewhere else that deals with Crowne Trophies.
