Outstanding! Well had broken pipe to the house called on Saturday afternoon to get some professional Assistance. Came out even though it was going to be dark soon and Michigan Football game would be starting (Big fan) got the job done even in the dark. Knew I would be without water otherwise. I had called at least 5 other plumbers, even ones touting 24 hour emergency service. All said they couldn’t make it till the following Monday. Randy got it done at a very fair price. I highly recommend him. Only able to leave 5 stars I give him 10.

He has done exceptional work for us on more than one occasion. We have another project for him. He has been the best contractor we have ever worked with. Courteous, clean, goes above with your approval and without gouging, everything hes done has been top of the line work. Can't say enough praises for his work.

He was able to do a sewer scope for me very short notice and I received an SD card with footage. Older home with PVC pipes = home sold! Thank you for giving me the peace of mind

This guy was sent by township to work on me hooking up to city water. He was almost three hours late. He cut a pipe and hooked it to another pipe. Then he screwed a meter to the back of the house and hooked the wires to something. His cost for just shy of two hours was $625.00. I called him asked for a detail invoice and have never received one. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Hate to rate so low but I believe in accountability, independent small business or otherwise.
He came over when we said he would to check out the work that needed doing, said he wanted the job and that he'd be in contact. Then wasn't until I reached out after waiting to hear back from him for 3 days.
Then he said he was still looking into things and then I never heard from him again. He could have simply said no thank you or I'm too busy.
I would much rather support independent local business people than larger service providers but this guy didn't keep his word.

We called this business after receiving a few referrals to help with our basement plumbing ! When we initially called he answered right away and came out the follow day. After assessing the issue he agreed he would help us with our plumbing issue but he didn’t want to do it himself for liability issues. Okay, no problem…. He spent about 4-5 hours helping my bf with our basement toilet because that’s where the root of the problem was at. We had to physically remove our toilet …. After a long day he told us that he would come back to finish the project since they hadnt finished. We paid him IN CASH and told him we’d give him a call in a few days to schedule a time. A few days went by and both myself and my bf have called and left messages with no response. I can understand if the project was too much or if he obviously didn’t feel comfortable doing it (I.e liability issues) but to promise someone you’ll come back and then blatantly ignore our calls is so unprofessional! He could’ve recommended someone else or something! I just don’t understand the unprofessionalism.
