Josiah was very kind and supportive. We were Loki g to replace a bed our foster child had broken and while we were going to get reimbursed eventually we still had to pay out of pocket. He was thoughtful I’m not insulting us with the cheapest option but not offering the Cadillac models either. He found a nice mattress at a reasonable price. He was also patient with my kids which helped reduce stress while shopping with small children.

We were so very impressed with our sleep expert Chelsea...she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! She took the time to ask us what was important to us and then ultimately guide us to the most perfect mattress and adjustable base... We can't wait for it to be delivered! Thank You Chelsea...!!!!!

We appreciate Chelsea (sorry if I’m misspelling her name) she was very helpful even tho we were not looking for a luxury mattress but we were looking for an affordable mattress not too cheap or too expensive and she helped us find one. The service we got was excellent. Definitely will come back for a better ones. I recommend this place!!

My wife and I had a great experience with Colin. He spent 2 and a half hours with us, and ran through probably 12 different beds. Extremely knowledgeable about sleep and beds, and even more so about what makes sense for back pain relief. Not the cheapest purchase I've made on a bed, but completely worth it to know we're getting something that is quality and right for us. Will definitely be back when it's time for a new one.

Josiah was fantastic on May 12th when we visited to purchase our first mattress in approximately 10 years. He was attentive, provided great advice and guidance and really helped us hone in on the right mattress. The store was clean, organized and inviting. This was an excellent experience!

Had a great experience. Our sleep expert Colin spent a lot of time with us, showing and demonstrating different mattresses that would best meet my needs--tall, side sleeper, with lower back issues and suffering from restlessness and loss of quality sleep. My preconceived ideas of the best type of mattress for me were not correct and Colin guided me to one that I believe will work exceptionally well. Together with an adjustable base, the new mattress should be a huge improvement.

Colin is an excellent sales person. He was exceptionally helpful to us in selecting a mattress that has proved to be a great fit for us. He guided us towards multiple choices and stepped aside as we tried them out without any sales pressure. We are very happy with our purchase.

I worked with Pesha and she was incredible. Her knowledge of the mattresses and matching the ones which would work with my health issues was a gift. I had been to another place and their service was not even close. Pesha is a superstar and I will be sharing her name and Mattress Firm in Covington with others. I purchased 2 mattresses, bases, mattress covers and a pillow.

My husband and I walked in on a Sunday night hoping to buy a king sized bed quickly and easily. Chelsea helped us out and she was absolutely wonderful. She found us a perfect bed right in our price range and in less than an hour we were all set. It's even going to be delivered within 3 days!
