Mill Pond Animal Hospital

The vets here are wonderful. They seem to listen to owner concerns and not push unnecessary treatments or tests. I trust they have my dogs' best interests in mind because they've show me that over the last 5 years we've used their services for our two dogs. The rooms could use updating and I would like to see them use thermometers with disposable covers... But the staff is great. One of our dogs has chronic issues with Cushing's and kidney disease, and I feel well supported and cared for by the team.

Mill Pond treats our dogs like family. Our oldest boxer Norman has heart disease and requires routine blood work and abdomen draining and the staff are absolutely wonderful handling Norman and give him tons of affection 💙

Love this office. Vet actually takes time to talk to you and answer all your questions. Prices aren't unreasonable, compared to many other places. They can always get my furkids in soon, too, and can quickly accommodate my unexpected rescues and foster animals. At my last vet, you'd have to schedule 4 months out at least. Thank you, Dr. Diehr & staff!!!

Picked up my mother in laws dog Josie from a grooming. What a nice place to go to the Vets as well. Great staff and extremely clean place. Next dog we get? I'm going here. Highly recommend!

Dr.Diehr is excellent! He takes his time explaining things and answering any questions you may have. You can tell that him and his staff genuinely care about your pets and their well being! Always a great experience and would recommend this office to anyone!

First time with new vet since we moved. Very nice doc. Can't go in right now. But everyone seems really nice. Very gentle with my aging lab.

I have been bringing my dogs to mill pond animal hospital for over 18 years. I have had nothing but great service, by compassionate staff and of course Dr. Diehr. I can't say enough about how wonderful they have been to me and my dogs. Dr. Diehr has saved one of my dogs life many times over, who had a lot of health issues. He is full of knowledge and explains health issues in detail. I completely recommend their care and services for your pets.

The first time I went to them I worried about getting guilted into spending a lot of money (this was with all previous vets). I went in and they never judged and were extremely friendly and caring. The doctor spent his time explaining our options and letting us know the prices of medications and where to get the cheapest ones. You can tell they really care but also know that cost is also important. I would highly recommend them.

I can not express my gratitude to the staff and doctors at Mill Pond. We have two dogs, who had two separate emergency visits needed in the same week. They got us in immediately and quickly helped resolve their issues with care and compassion. I feel so lucky to have such a great place nearby!

I love having a vet that is so responsive and willing to listen and discuss issues with my SharPei. Dr. John and Melissa have been wonderful to me and my dogs. I so appreciate them working through the challenges of Covid. Most people have no idea how hard it has been on businesses.

Took the hundred pound pitbull in for nails to get clipped he is very shy and they were very kind to him and worked nicely with his personality

Great place to take your pet . Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Dr.Diehr is great . Spending alot of time explaining things and making sure your pet is in tip top health.

My pug Otis was one of my beloved fur babies. He lived to be almost 16 and I was unwilling to put him down until he was ready. That day finally came and our vet couldn't fit us in for 3 days. He didn't have 3 days as he was dying. We called all over desperate to give him relief when we called here. They fit us in right away, gave us time to say goodbye and treated him like he was as important to them as he was to us. It's been almost a year and I still grieve him, but I'm so thankful that this clinic made that moment easier. Thank you for loving my Otis as much as I still do.

The entire staff was beyond friendly, answered all of my questions, and genuinely seemed to care and have a passion for what they do. I feel very comfortable that both my dog and cat are in great hands with Dr. Diehr. I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone!

Been going to this vet for a long time. One of my cats is almost 22 years old. Very professional and takes his time with you. Staff is also long time staff, so they know you too. I moved to South Lyon, but I still come back to Pinckney to Dr. Diehr.

I cannot believe that I saw a bad review on this page. This is one of THE BEST Animal hospitals I have ever taken our pet to. Our dog received the best care here from everyone! She is gone now, but I guarantee you that when we get another dog I will be taking them here for all of it's medical needs. I love this place.
