So far my experience here has been amazing! After my insurance with my last company increased by ALMOST DOUBLE I had to figure out why and what to do. They explained everything to me in a lot of detail to make sure I understood why my premium was the amount it was and got me the lowest premium possible! When I moved they made it a quick and easy process for me and adjusted my premium accordingly! Very happy with their services this far!!

I'm writing this review because of the great care I have received by the owners Mike and Arlesa. Not only do they make sure we are taken care of every step of the way through our home claims but they also take care of our customers that we send to them for side by side insurance. The customer service in this company is phenomenal. We worked with Kia Kierst and she helped us add renter's insurance and SAVE money on our plan, instead of paying more. There is just a level of customer care here that reminds you of old-time business, when companies actually cared about the people whose money keeps them afloat. 100% would recommend!!

I called after a colleague had mentioned them. I must say it’s pretty cool that I can go see them in person, and when I call about something, I can talk to one of those few people who know, and understand my personal file. It’s not like talking to a complete stranger, whom most the time are not even in country. They are friendly every time I speak with them. Also, their newly remodeled building is quite impressive, and makes you feel like home.

Like a good neighbor state farm is there Mike's the your guy seriously they're a bunch of great folks up in there.

I was recommended to this State Farm branch from a co-worker. Let me start by stating what a great and smooth process this has been! Garret was my agent, he took the time to explain my policies to me and anwser all of my questions. Friendly staff and excellent customer service makes all the diffence. My last insurance company the agents were rude and impacient. Buying insurance is easey when your agents know thier products and are able to explain them in detail! I would definitely recommend this branch to others!

I have been dealing with this State Farm branch for several years, all the staff has been great; However, I must say that Kia has gone over and beyond to be sure that I have had excellent rates, professional service, and good quality standards. She makes handling the responsibilities of this portion of life easier to deal with. When life happens, it’s always a relief to deal with pleasant personalities and Kia truly, and genuinely, IS what Quality Customer Service looks & feels like.

Matt was very helpful and was able to find me a great policy for the lowest price I was able to find. He was quick, helpful, and professional. All in all I am pleased with the service I had and very happy to remain a customer of State Farm.

This State Farm branch rocks. They are very easy to contact and always willing to help answer questions about my policies and recommend the right coverage. I use them for home, auto, and personal articles insurance. I recently got in a small accident and I can say my claim experience with State Farm as a whole has been great too! Very kind folks with insurance that is local so that's cool

The last time I reached out for a quote, the agent was reluctant to give me specifics. The generic ranges quoted weren’t at all helpful. I prefer not to search online due to the onslaught of solicitations.

Garrett made this very easy for me. It was one of the best examples of customer service I’ve experienced. No “press 1” cues. I wasn’t put on hold. He knew and provided all of the answers to my questions and followed up with documents electronically almost immediately.

While this should be a normal transaction, customer service of this type is the exception.

Whoever answers the phone always seems to have ample time to spend explaining policy details and answering my questions. My agent has also worked hard to find areas to save on my premium wherever she can. I don't know how many hours in total were spent explaining to me the option in Michigan and potential ramifications to reduce my PIP coverage from "unlimited" when the law changed. Very nice and helpful group of people.

I have been with State Farm through multiple cars, addresses, and life changes and they have always been there to support me through each transition. Michael and Christine are fantastic. Christine is so warm and encouraging, I feel like I’m calling an aunt when I speak with her. While I know the ultimate goal is to get me signed up for insurance, I always feel confident that they will help me choose the policy that best fits my needs and budget. I never feel pressured or uncomfortable. I just recently purchased my first home and called in a panic over what type of insurance I need, what it means, how I get it, etc.—Christine kindly walked me through the whole process and gave a step-by-step rundown of what to expect and had me ready to go in no time. Other companies that I’d tried to work with in the past always seemed more eager to get the highest dollar amount rather than what was right or affordable for me.

I received a quote for auto insurance and renters insurance from Aron. I was provided ac great quote and great service from Ron. Ron was even able to save me just a little more than what was quoted. Great experience with Ron.
