Amazing Food. Famous Garlic Knot sandwich with a delicious Vodka sauce was 10/10. My mom and I had a wonderful time here at Positano :) Staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Ambiance was great overall the best of the best!!

Our @BigDudesBigFoods lunch today was an #OffTheMenu masterpiece from a great small business, @PositanoWayne . Positano Restaurant and Pizzeria created a Garlic 🧄 Knot Chicken 🐔 Parm with Vodka Sauce Sandwich. This deliciously breaded chicken cutlet topped with mozzarella, sandwiched between two halves of a danish sized garlic knot, soaking in a shallow puddle of vodka sauce was one of the Top 10 things I’ve ever eaten. The garlic knot sub is not on the menu but you can get yourself one anytime at Positano in #WayneNJ as long as that day’s jumbo garlic knot supply is still intact. We recommend the Italian Disco Fries as a side ( crinkle cut fries with mozzarella and marinara sauce. This typical looking NJ strip mall location has a professional and friendly crew and great food. No room for dessert after this belly bomb but we will definitely be back. #BigDudesBigFoods

Everything was very authentic and delicious - can’t recommend this place enough. We had a Sunday afternoon reservation to celebrate a family birthday and the atmosphere and service were great.

Great food, Bruschetta was great, rigatoni with meat sauce (bolognese) was also fantastic, fettuccine Alfredo good, needed a bit more Alfredo sauce, it was a bit dry. The creme Brule was the highlight of the meal!!! The waiter was outstanding!! I would definitely recommend this place.

You gotta visit Positano. You will not regret coming here. The service is excellent and has a family style vibe. The food is delicious and definitely worth coming back for their updated specials menu. They have several options for any diet and will take care of you. Give this place a try.

My family and I came here for Easter lunch. It was very busy but service and food did not lack because of it. The staff was extremely accommodating, attentive, and nice. The food was spot on! Everyone enjoyed their own dish. We even had left overs because they are so generous with the portions. We all left happy and full! Thank you for a great lunch!

Great food great service great staff! Always accommodating me whether it’s a simple lunch order , catering an event or most recently calling to have a platter sent to someone else … delivered large catering platter in less than 2 hours even including a gift message on the order for us .

We stayed in Wayne NJ after seeing Paterson Great Falls while traveling from Plymouth Ma to Corolla NC.
While searching for Italian restaurants near me, we found Ristorante Positano and decided to try it.
Arrived at 5:50pm on a Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised to see a cute little establishment in what we considered the middle of nowhere.
Upon entering we were greeted by the owner, had a pleasant conversation with him and after a few more minutes waiting he showed us to a very comfortable window booth.
The dining atmosphere was very nicely done. The room acoustics were perfect considering the area was almost at capacity.
Our waiter was prompt.
Our food service courses were not rushed.
The owner walked the room and took a moment to see each diner was doing ok and enjoying their meal.
Our main course was to die for.
My fiancée had halibut and I had the veal positano.
Both dishes amazing.
This establishment is as good an Italian restaurant as any one would find in Bostons North End.

We are so glad Positanos is across from our daycare. They are so patient with our 2yr old, their staff is very sweet, and the owners are down to earth. Their grandma and bar pies are great, and the kiddo LOVES their ravioli. We have seen entire little league teams enjoying pizza after a game, and feel like it's one place where we can eat as a family, have great quality food, and feel welcome.

I came for the viral Garlic Knot Chicken Parm sandwich and it was just as delicious as it looked on Instagram. We met the owner’s son, who was also the manager and he was so cool. He welcomed us and thanked us for coming and it was a great experience and I’m a fountain Coke lover that Coke was nice and crisp. Will be back soon for lunch any day.

I've been coming to Positano for many years now ever since my parents were alive. But now they're deceased, so I only go there on occasion, either with my girlfriend or my Aunt who I live with now. Love the food, service, and atmosphere. The Catalano family (Steve, Lorraine, Steven, and Joey) are great owners and friends. Keep up the good work.

As promised by Steve, outstanding. Best pork chops ever…..ditto on calamari. Great sauce on pasta too. Highly recommended. See you again soon.

I love Alfredo fettuccine. It wasn't that good, BUT I will go again to try other dishes in the menu. It's family-friendly and very cozy.

This was my 2nd visit. Very good food and a nice place to meet others. The atmosphere is busy, but not disruptive.

We love going to Positano's! The food is amazing and the service fantastic. We have our fav meals but if you stop by we recommend Clams Possillipo, Lorraine's & the warm chicken salad, all of the fish specials, & of course Sunday's Gravy! Don't skip desert either: get the cannoli & Raspberry Sorbet!

Delicious food, great service and very pleasant atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
