I went in today with my daughter and my new grandbaby the staff was amazing and the doctor was wonderful everyone was caring compassionate and friendly!! You could truly tell they cared... that you are not just a folder you are a person. The staff went above and beyond From making the appointment to greeting us at the door! The doctor took time to answer any questions And made sure we understood everything. What a great find this office was! Definitely my daughter and my granddaughter's new doctor's office... couldn't be happier!

I agree, they are very good about getting your child in ASAP. Quite accommodating with appointments. Also great with call backs and advice with assessing the situation at hand over the phone. I have seen many of the physicians here, and I am sorry that I can't remember all their names, but all of my visits have been comprehensive. One of the main docs (Bocknek...sp?) is a funny and easygoing guy. They also accept state insurance here.

Wont go anywhere else with our son. He has been seeing Dr. Najem since he was born and he is wonderful with our little guy. They are compassionate and are great at accommodating a spur of the moment appointment when we need one.

Dr. Najem is amazing! He has wonderful instincts. Both of my boys have congenital heart defects and without Dr. Najem, I just don't know how we would have made it. When our 9 year old was born, he came to the hospital and took one look at him and knew something was going on with him. My OB missed the heart defect during pregnancy, but Dr. Najem knew once he assessed him that something was not right. He had an echo done right away and was able to get us the answers we needed. My son had open heart surgery when he was 4 months old. Dr. Najem saved my sanity.

When our second son was born, Dr. Najem's instincts were to the rescue again. He quickly knew that something was up with him too when a simple cold wouldn't go away. He had us seen by the cardiologist quickly and it turned out that our second son has a rare heart defect too. He also had surgery at 4 months old.

My family cannot say enough good things about Dr. Najem. He is wonderful. He saved my sons' lives. You would be lucky to have him as your child's doctor.

The staff is wonderful too. They are always quick to get your child in, especially when they don't feel well. All around, if I could give 10 stars, I would!!!! Thank you.

The staff at huron valley pediatrics and family medicine are wonderful! My son was seen the other day for a sick visit and they were warm and welcoming. Dr Hassan and Lindsey the PA are some of the best around. I highly recommend this office 😃

The pediatricians and staff were very helpful and professional! Very knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommend the office for anyone looking for a great pediatrician!

Easy to get same day appointments

We recently saw a new female doctor there because my son was sick with flu and persistent diarrhea. They requested a stool sample.

During the follow up visit they were fast and informative and also very caring.

I was impressed that even though my son was feeling better the office made a point to inform me his gut bacteria was off which helped guide and remind me to rebuild his good bacteria through pro gut foods!

I love doctors that help you try things naturally but are responsive and ready to take action in the event the natural options aren’t enough.

Great doctor but it would have been great if they called my daughters prescription into the pharmacy like they said they would. Went to the pharmacy and was told no script. Called the office and they said I would need to wait a few hours. They still never sent it! Of course they are closed today, and through the weekend and so now my daughter will go days without her much needed meds. Very very unhappy .

I really enjoyed this office when dr bockneck was there, but since he retired this place has gone way downhill. Dr Olsen is still a great doctor, but the office manager is a real piece of work.

My boys have been going there for years. We moved out of the area and had to get a new pediatrician. Transferring records shouldn't be an impossible task, but for this office it is.
First they tell me that all the records were faxed over, then I find out they only faxed about a years worth of records.
When I asked them about it they said yes sorry the rest of them are locked into our old system. Would have been nice if I had known that the current doctors have been seeing my kids the whole time without knowing their history.
Fast forward to today, it's been about 2 months that I have been asking for my sons records and all they keep saying is "yea it's been going on for way too long, but we still don't know when you will be able to get his records".
Frustrated with this constant anwser when I asked if there is anything I can do she told me that she will see what she can do about calling them today.
I then told her maybe I need to get a lawyer involved because this has been about a year total that I have been trying to get these records.
The office manager replies with "well you do what you have to do, but that's not going to help get his records."
When dr bockneck was in this office it was a whole different vibe and feel, the office was great including the staff, now it's literally just a joke.

Had 2 scheduled appointments for the same shots. Both times we were never contacted only to find out they were out of the required immunizations after being put in a room (huge waste of my time). We were told we could go to the health clinic in Pontiac, went to hartland pediatrics instead they were able to get us in right away and catch up our baby on his shots.

At first I thought everyone was friendly but every time I took my daughter there there was a different dr. She is almost a year old now and from March 3rd (4 days after she was born) to October 3rd almost every immunization my daughter was given were invalid, stored improperly or expired and I was not informed of this and they were giving them to my daughter anyway and when they did get around to telling me they told me it was up to me on what to do with further shots with little to no explanation or advice or guidance I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

Billing department is AWFUL and office management doesn’t seem to care. They have been sitting on $195 of MY MONEY for months that they erroneously collected and could not care less about refunding me. Disgusted and frustrated. Calling, faxing, sending letters for weeks and weeks to no avail. Pulling my kids from this office that’s too busy to care about the money that, at this point, feels like was stolen from me.

Absolute incompetence. Was going to take blood work and then discharge me from the practice. Reason given was because I have too many health issues. Complete crackpot.
