Jazzercise Las Cruces St. James Parish Hall

I love going to Jazzercise at Las Cruces St. James Parish Hall, I always have a very good time, I like the instructors a lot, and the lovely ladies I met there are super fun. When I started, back in February, my health was not great but now I feel very good, and I know for sure is because I Jazzercise!

Jazzercise is a wonderful place to workout. The instructors are well versed in the routines and are super friendly. They provide a great variety of routines designed at full body movement as well as targeted exercises for strengthening specific muscle groups. I like the wooden floor on which we exercise.

If you are thinking of trying Jazzercise don’t hesitate! I have danced many years with Las Cruces jazzercise both as a student and as an instructor and have no regrets. Not only will you gain improved health, flexibility, body strength, coordination, and dance skills, but you will join a community of beautiful ladies who are caring, friendly, and who find joy in every dance class!!
