I am a general contractor (greentechseattle.com )and we strictly buy from tiles for less. We order everything from the board, waterproofing, tile , grout , and stone from them. They always have what’s in style. And they only carry tools and products you would want to use.

Tile For Less is in the SoDo area and sells a huge variety of tile, flooring and countertops. They have a lot of items in stock to bring home that day while also being able to place an order sometimes for delivery and/or installation. The staff here are really nice and helpful. Parking outside only has a few spots and the road is busy, so be careful trying to find one. The prices here were better than some of the other local places, so we chose here foe our tile needs, solid choice.

Jimmy just priced adjusted some tile I bought yesterday. We measured wrong for a kitchen and was searching for additional stock when we saw our tile listed with another store. I am so happy that they met us in the middle and credited back our account with just two calls and less than an hour.

I loved this store for their selection... really cool tile you can't find elsewhere and good pricing.... now I love them even more.

We couldn't be happier with Tiles for Less. The selection, customer service and value were all fantastic. Rainbow helped us make the tile selections for our kitchen and two bathrooms and we couldn't have done it without her. This experience could have easily overwhelmed us but she made the decision making a pleasure. She figured out our style and narrowed down the choices for us. She has a great eye for color and what looks good together. She took some of the basic ideas we had and made them better. I highly recommend this store and Rainbow. You won't be sorry!

People there are very helpful. The Seattle store goes over the top to educate novice installers like me.

We remodeled our bathroom and decided to act as the general contractor. We worked with Rainbow and she made the experience very doable for us. She is very knowledgeable and explains things very patiently. She is actually the reason why we used Tiles for Less even though we live on Eastside. It was well worth the drive.

This was THE BEST experience I had purchasing tiles. I had no idea what my vision was for my bathroom but one of the employees patiently walked with me and provided recommendations on the tiles I saw. The result: I purchased beautiful hexagon tiles and matching squares for the bathroom.

Wow, I was really starting to believe that customer service was a dying remnant of a bygone era. Not so! Steven at Tile For Less proved to me that customer service does still exist! He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all patient, he did not rush me, but he did really help me make a decision that was right for me. Absolutely stellar customer service! I went in on the weekend to look at back splash tile for my kitchen remodel. It was pretty busy in the store but luckily Nico was able to help me out. He answered all my questions and was able to show me the best tiles for the price. Definitely will return for my future remodels.

Excellent customer service!

We came down from Alaska to purchase bathroom and kitchen tile, and radiant floor heating. The interior designer who helped us took her time with us, and we left as very happy customers. It was our second trip here and we will certainly return.

I was tentatively considering retiling my counter, so I went into Tile for Less just to look around. It was surprisingly busy so I was about to leave because I wasn't planning on buying anything anyway, when a young employee named Nico (that wasn't even a salesman) quickly came to help me. I was very impressed by this customer service and will definitely be shopping here if I decide to go through with my new counter.

Complete remodel and design of our entire home, no easy task! Once we were ready to pick colors and finishes, we decided tile would be the best for us. Quality, appearance, and budget! However, looking into all of the different options became a little over whelming especially when your first stop is Home Depot and not one person in the department is a "Tile Expert". We then looked into Tile For Less. What a God send! We were greeted promptly, and in no time had our selections narrowed down. We had a budget and they were great about not going over while still matching our needs. Both my husband and I would recommend TILE FOR LESS to anyone and everyone! Even if it's a small project you have in mind, it's definitely worth looking into!!

Amazing that you can still find free parking on the street right in front of their store at most times. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. And for the do-it-yourself-ers, they stock the same top-quality materials that the pros use. I live on the Eastside but drive across the lake to shop here.

Great selection, really helpful people, and a very fair price for some very nice tile. They even provided a free tile saw rental for the job to go along with the free coffee, popcorn, and donuts. This is what customer service should always be!

We just got our tile from you for our bathroom floor and we were so impressed with the great help from your staff and the fantastic selection. I would highly recommend! The tile we got we had to special order, but it came within a week!
