Fantastic fast casual Mexican restaurant which is owned by a small business owner. No, I don’t know the owner or have an affiliation or interest in the company so my review is unbiased.

I took my family time this restaurant based on a recommendation by a friend. The food is reasonably priced and is made to order. The ingredients taste fresh and the tacos, burrito bowl, and quesadilla tastes great. Not overly seasoned, but full of fresh flavor.

If you have room for dessert, make sure you order the churros! I had to order two and we finished it all. Very tasty.

The food and service were outstanding. We got mini churros, chips and queso, and a chorizo Street taco. Taco not pictured it was so delicious. I ate it before I decided to leave a review. 😋 my daughter and I highly recommend and we will be back for sure! Thanks for the great service and delicious food!

The food is amazing. They need to rethink the seating. It’s a clumsy layout and incredibly loud. I ended up eating in the hallway. Get your food to go, you’ll thank me.

Ordered the Tinga Chicken Burrito. It was very good, the meat was flavorful, it had been marinated in whatever is their 'tinga' seasoning. Was a little spicy but not overly hot, it was very good.

Fish Street taco was very good. Crispy fish with spicy salsa and cilantro, very refreshing! Grilled chicken quesadilla was good, too. It came with a generous amount of tasty salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. It was very clean and fresh made from scratch. Very reasonable priced.

Great Mexican food here. Glad we found here and the atmosphere and decoration are nice too.

Very good, the chicken tinga was delicious! I've gotten both burrito bowls and burritos and enjoyed both. Love how affordable they are. It's slightly on the smaller side for a dinner but for the price I don't mind.

I have driven past this place dozens of times in the last several years - today I finally stopped - it did NOT disappoint! Food was excellent. I had a shrimp bowl and the hubs had a chimi. So fresh and legit. Skip chipotle and check this place out. So yummy!

Great tacos. Fresh and filling. The taco seems small, but is filling. As someone who is always cold, I appreciated the heat was perfect. There's nothing worse than eating in a cold restaurant.

Great tasting food and customer service! Purser at the counter and pickup when ready at the other end of the counter. Allowing you time to find seating and get you beverage. The food was served hot, fresh and fast. I would recommend this place especially if you are on a time crunch at lunchtime.

Eager to explore the offerings, I ordered a burrito and, enticed by a sweet tooth, opted for the mini churros. The anticipation grew as I patiently awaited my meal. When it finally arrived, the burrito stole the spotlight with its amazing flavor. The blend of ingredients was delightful, and each bite was a testament to the kitchen's skill in crafting Mexican classics.

However, the mini churros turned out to be a bit of a letdown. For some inexplicable reason, they were served extremely cold, and the taste failed to meet expectations. Disappointed with the chilly churros, I opted for the tortilla chips instead, which were good but not exceptional compared to some other Mexican restaurants I've frequented.

Despite the chilly churro hiccup, Listo! Fresh Mexican Grill offers a great dining experience overall. The staff exuded friendliness, adding to the positive atmosphere of the place. The burrito, undoubtedly the star of my meal, showcased the kitchen's commitment to delivering flavorful and authentic Mexican fare.

In conclusion, Listo! is a fantastic choice if you're in the mood for Mexican cuisine in Minneapolis. The friendly staff and the delectable burrito make it a place worth visiting. Just a heads up: while the churros may not have hit the mark during my visit, the overall quality of the food and service compensates for this minor glitch. I'd definitely recommend Listo! Fresh Mexican Grill for a satisfying Mexican dining experience—just perhaps skip the churros on your visit.

We LOVE this place! Prices are great! Supporting a local family run restaurant! Good seating, lots of parking! Food is amazing! Clean, and fun environment. They cater and deliver. Always busy but never a line! We come and will continue to come here! Thanks Listo!

Better than Chipotle. If you like chipotle, you will love this place. I ordered a carnitas burrito the "listo way". They added a special xxxtra hot sauce for me. It was awesome. They have Jarritos soda and even in tamarind, my favorite. Good, cheap and fast. This is my 4th trip here in 2 weeks now.

Found this place by chance. Love the fajitas here. Quality ingredients, made to order and great service. I've been back twice this week already. They need to open one in Uptown Minneapolis! I'd be a regular.

Quality ingredients & nice portion for the price! Quac is no extra charge which is a huge plus. More authentic than Chipotle. Food came out right away and was delicious. Happy to find this new fast-casual spot!

Awesome local spot with a fast casual vibe. Everything taste fresh and healthy, certainly using quality ingredients. Staff are quiet but nice and always very fast. They should definitely look at opening up more locations.

I have never been in the restaurant, but have had it delivered (foodsby) and it is SO good.
Everything I've had is so fresh. I'm addicted to the churro bites! They are simply delicious with the perfect crispness and paired perfectly with two dipping sauces! YUMMMMM
