"Heather" that works in the "Copy and Print" part of the store in Somersworth NH "TOTALLY ROCKS HER JOB"!! She is definitely a "Problem Solver" as well! Easy to talk to, polite and definitely patient ( especially when you are trying to explain a personal matter and you have no idea how to properly explain what you need!) I had to get around a 100 pages printed out and not much time to do it, she got everything taken care of and very fast too, so I was able to meet my dead line!

Excellent service! I printed postcards (2 sides color, $25 for 25pcs) and it came out great. The guy with long hair who helped us at the counter deserved a 5 star service 👍🏻 fast, informative, friendly. Great job!

Helpful staff, organized isles, great selection of products, great bargains at the clearance section. What else can you ask for? If you cannot find an item the staff quickly points you at the right direction. Location is very convenient, next door to Market Basket, close to Walmart, Target and The Home Depot.

Casey, an associate at the Somersworth NH STAPLES is AMAZING !!! So knowledgeable, polite, and fast. Great multitasker. I’ve dealt with him many times and have never been let down. Just helped me with a really tough technical problem. The stress has gone from my shoulders. Wanted to pay him, but he refused. He really earned the tip by going above and beyond. I hope he gets some sort of recognition for this review. Kudos to Casey !!!!!!!!

Good value for the money lately and better staff.

Used the wrong power cord? When every desktop since the early 90s uses the same kind? Then in another review you were promised a 50 dollar credit, then you say 70? I don't think your wallet is missing change but your head might.

I have found the staff VERY helpful and willing to help anyway they can. If the price is right, I go to Staples. Have had NO issues with staff or store!
