Hard Rock Cafe New York

I went to this restaurant on St. Patrick’s Day, and surprisingly the service was still immaculate. There was no weight. In fact, they took us in before our reservations. Once we placed our order, our food came out, hot fresh and quickly. The only criticism I may have was when myself and my family were taking a selfie in front of a poster. Another individual took pictures of us from a corner. It was somewhat creepy. However, overall the experience was once in a lifetime.

Shoutout to my boy Neville who really made us feel at home. Service was excellent and the food was great too! Fantastic atmosphere and some excellent pieces of musical history on display as well. Of course we got a collectible hurricane glass too!

We have been to Hard Rock Cafe almost every time we visit New York and it has never disappointed... There is always someone new to meet and something new to see... The Restaurant can get pretty full at times especially during the summer holidays so get there early... We sometimes end up at the bar if all else fails. The Hand Rock store also never disappoints and there is always something new to take home or pin to collect...

Really enjoyed stopping into the Gard Rock Cafe during our last visit into Time Square. We had a 30-minute wait, which wasn't bad. We went upstairs to the gift shop and looked around until our table was ready. We really enjoyed the atmosphere with a Dj playing great music and taking requests from the customers. The service and food were very good. We had an amazing time.

Rock on!! My company and team have been using this venue for events. From the outside you wouldn’t know how much space they have. There is plenty of space to host large parties. Last night was awesome. We rent the space with the stage 😅👊!! And there is lots going on from the food and drinks and entertainment. Worth a visit if you’re in town and people watch the visitors too.

When in NYC and specifically Times Square you have to make time to visit the Hard Rock Cafe particularly if you're a music fan! I'd never been to the cafe in New York before but from stepping in you just feel such a vibe as you go down the stairs.

I visited twice in my trip. First time I had the smashed burger with Swiss cheese & mushrooms, my goodness. So good! Had a cocktail too (Bed of roses mule) why the hell not. Beautiful! The 2nd time I tried a Manhattan. My last night there before flying back so again why not. The atmosphere is wonderful too. Sport on the TV, great music. Perfect!

The memorabilia here is great too. Some wonderful additions. Spent a good bit of time walking around and seeing what was on offer. Won't provide lots of photos as they are things you should see for yourself.

The gift shop has everything from shirts to hoodies, keyrings, pin badges. Just so much stuff. Location is great. Right in Times Square. Just a really fun place.

We visit the Hardrock Cafe on our first evening in New York. If you don't have a reservation, you have to expect a bit of a wait. After about 30 minutes we got a table. It‘s a great atmosphere. We were served very nicely and attentively by our waiter James. The burgers we ordered tasted very good and the portion was big enough to fill you up. The Hard Rock Cafe is an absolute must in New York.

Very popular place in Time Square. The food and the service is good. Very good atmosphere with all the musicians' guitars and costume. It is like a rock museum. There is a kid menu. My daughter got an ice cream after the meal. It was a good experience. Highly recommended.

The decor was amazing. It was my first time in a Hard Rock Cafe . The waiter was extra friendly and sweet. He just didn't tell me that they provide bottled water and it comes with a fee, also the drink cups are huge, and my cocktail was watered down with ice. The food was a lot . The burgers were very good. The prices are expensive.

Popped in to have a couple of drinks at the bar whilst touring NYC... We were not disappointed! Elton greeted us and served our drinks, what a great guy ! Amazing service, delicious cocktails and the vibe was great. We didn't order food this time, but witnessed some dishes being served at the bar, and they looked INCREDIBLE. Almost wish we had eaten in, but our week is not over yet 😉 highly recommend.

Delicious food and nice staff. Ambience lovely decorated and appealing. Expensive for European salary (sadly). Reservations are not absolutely necessary, but you may have to expect a waiting time then. We will come back in future.

I was chaperoning a field trip with some middle school students, and we stopped here to eat. It was cool that they had a menu specifically for larger groups. We were a group of 60-70 kids and adults, and they handled our volume quickly and efficiently. The atmosphere was beautifully decorated with guitars and other musical memorabilia. I would love to come back and check out a performance.

Amazing service! We absolutely loved how great and attentive our server was! He was one of the best! After having such a terrible experience leaving another restaurant close by for the lack of service this was a complete 180! We sat down and within seconds he checked in on us. Food was pretty good as well! Also the sundae for my birthday was terrific!! Made my birthday celebration so wonderful! Thank you hard rock!

There is a saying Dont budget the book by its cover, when you look from outside you may only see the gift shop but when you walk downstairs they have a huge space. You could rent the space and stage and plan the event.

There is also a hallway with lots of display pieces music related.

Food and services are great as well. Staffs are friendly. Large portions. I went by myself ordered Burger and a drink.

Greeted and seated, service and meals all great. Lots of action and memorabilia to see. Simple Messi burger with fries went down great with a Sangria!

The Hard Rock NY is everything. The food is great, as well as the service. Picked up a few things from the gift store that we love. Definitely would recommend it!

Hard Rock Cafe is one of the many food options around Times Square, a litte on the pricier end but not too pricy. Great venue and great burgers, I love their large portions. Their burgers were really good, lots of cool stuff in the restaurant, like those signed guitars from different musicians and they also have a gift shop which sells a lot of their merchandise.

Amazing place full of music history. Good menu, perfect service, and a cool interior. Meals are a big deal.
