LA Fitness

I use their hot tub, pool, and sauna, sometimes their exercise machines. It's tragic that our local gym is closing its doors directing customers to other locations.

Great service and staff! In town only for a week and they gave me a free guest pass. The place is nice and clean with lots of equipment.

No complaints, but it is kinda pricey, but if u don't mind paying for a good work out environment your good here. 👍🏿👍🏿

This place gets packed! But other than that, it is quite good with lots of equipment, classes and the majority of the customers are decent. The cleaning is average in the men's changing rooms, but that's really the fault of a handful of the less considerate customers. Just avoid the busiest times and it is well worth the relatively moderate membership fee.

This is my current gym and I love it. It's not too crowded and it is always kept really clean. I am very picky with gyms but this one stole my heart when I first visited it. The personnel is great too, I can tell that they really care about all the people coming in. I accidentally locked my keys inside my locker and the manager helped me to break the lock so I can get my keys inside. It was really nice of him to help me out.

After the chores of life, still have some energy to burn off.. LoL

It’s always a welcoming and inclusive environment. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and motivating. I highly recommend

The staff here is very friendly. They have very good equipment. My only wish is that there were more bench pressing machines and pull-down machines. But it's the same at all la fitnesses. I also would like it if members wouldn't try to steal my stuff but that's to be expected at any public gym with lower rates. All of that aside, they do have a nice swimming pool and the staff is really nice too so I'm giving them 5 stars

Today I stopped at my LA Fitness gym to cancel my LA Fitness membership and also to start a new one, which will pay my Health Insurance. Gersom from LA Fitness, Kent Washington Ave, Customer Service was very helpful and professional. He deserves 5 stars for his outstanding Customer Service!!

Never had an issue. Haven't really dealt with the staff since signing up but facility stays clean. Sometimes they need to work on getting weights back into the proper place but really this falls of the people using the equipment and not the employees. At night everyone is pretty chill and most things are available.

Best gym I've been to so far. It has a pool, a spa, a jet hot tub, and weight machines! I have bad knees so the pool really helps me out with that! Great place for basketball players and also they have a fight club too!

If you want to go to a gym where the sauna for the MENS locker room is broken all through winter, this is the place to go. Enjoy.

Kent LA Fitness is one of my favorite gym

My first time there, I started my new membership with them and I got a nice tour of the facility and all they have to offer. A very pleasant experience.

Equipment is well maintained. Ladies locker room is cleaned regularly. Unknown about men's locker room.
There is a swimming pool at this location. As well as child care on schedule.

I was harassed in the pool and when I asked the staff for help they were quick to respond. This was the 2nd time the same man insisted on being in my swim lane when there were others open. He taunts me by slowly walking towards me until he gets right up to my face in order to get me to overreact. Management told me to go ahead and splash him so he might get the hint that what he is doing is inappropriate but other than that there is no law or rule that can stop him from being deliberately intimidating and rude. I've attached a photo of what he looks like....BEWARE

This is one of the best LA fitness I've been to. Never busy (I've been only 5 times here), large, has a large, well designed.

Love the staff,unimposing yet attentive and helpful with equipment questions.Clean,well maintained given the volume of people, I'm sure that's due to wide variety of classes and great music!!! Attending about 4+ years.
