Please don’t listen to the negative reviews, I was able to drop off my Amazon returns quickly here. Sales associates are really helpful and friendly, they do a great job! Lots of notaries at this store by the way.

I can't say enough about the incredible service at this UPS store under new management. They've become my one-stop shop for all my printing, packing, and shipping needs. The team here is top-notch! Whether I need important documents printed in a pinch or a fragile package expertly packed for shipping, they always come through. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly outstanding. The new management has really taken this place to the next level, and I couldn't be happier. After returning a product back twice for repair I had nothing but smiles and professional help. I see a lot of negative reviews on here and these circumstances are out of employee control. Weather is not their fault. Other people dropping the ball that don't work here is no blame on the store.

Don't listen to the negative noise and reviews older than 2019. Ever since the new owners took over a couple years ago this place has been nothing but excellent. You can tell some days they are cheerier than others but not once have they ever failed to take care of me and more often than not they go above and beyond to save me money whenever possible. I often see some customers being a-holes to them for some reason and I suspect those are where these poor reviews are coming from. Don't hesitate to give your business to these folks and please be respectful, they are there to help you.

This UPS store was thorough with meeting my business needs effectively and professionally. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I had.

I have used this particular UPS store in Kent several times and always leave feeling grateful for their assistance and ideas. Everyone I have dealt with is warm, friendly and so helpful often advising me on better ways to package my items. Just very recently I was assisted by an employee named Debbie. She is a gem!

Judging on the reviews this place doesn't seem very nice. But I've been coming here since 2019 and haven't had any bad experiences. The lines are usually very short usually 1-4 people. The staff are very nice and helpful. And it was very easy to ship a product international or return an Amazon product.

The young man, I believe his name was Jason, he was amazing. People were lined up out the door, he had a customer who was being difficult and was unprepared for what he needed too do. I was there to send 2 faxes and needed notary.
Jason maintained his professionalism despite the difficult customer and the stress of the line up of people waiting. He really tried to make the man happy with excellent customer service. Kudos to you Jason

After reading negative reviews I was reluctant to use this store, but it was the most convenient location for me so I thought I'd give it a try. I shipped two Amazon return packages yesterday with Tammy's assistance and everything was fine. Her service was everything you could hope for . . . FIVE STARS! and I'll be using this store in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with this UPS store! I flew out to Seattle for a day to box up and ship everything that was in my storage unit, and I was running out of time. The owner, Perry, went above and beyond. He packaged up most of my things so that I could catch my flight home and even went so far as to attempt to get me a ride to the airport, instead of me taking a taxi.

Within a week of returning home to Colorado, I received a total of 16 packages and all of them were delivered on time and in excellent condition. (Including a box full of fragile items and a full-size electric keyboard.) I highly, highly recommend this store. I don't know what I would've done without them.

I went to this UPS store after a bad experience at the one on Kent-Kangley (very rude lady). The staff was very friendly and helpful. This store was out of my way but I will definitely use the store again.
