The vibe when you walk in is welcoming. They have great music and a clean waiting room with snacks and beverages. The receptionists are so nice, especially Hannah! My cleaning went as expected and the DH are so fun and take my anxiety away! Highly recommend

I’m not very good at writing reviews but I would say that we had to have multiple trips to the dentist with my mom having multiple complex procedures and needing handicap accommodations. Bright Smile is doing a very great job at assisting my mom who is not an English speaking resident ( which can be very scary)by making sure she is well taking care of getting great service and feeling comfortable . Doctor Kim and Doctor Cheung both worked with my mom and all staff are very professional, attentive and very accommodating. Scheduling mom’s procedure also not a very easy task due to my working schedule and Bright Smile always was trying to make sure we are scheduled! Thank you so much Bright Smile!

I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I am with the dentures I got from Bright Smile Dental. I was very disappointed with the dentures I got elsewhere and came to Dr Kim a little exasperated. He took all the time that was necessary to get me the dentures that looked the way I wanted them to look. They are comfortable to the point that I don’t even feel like I’m wearing dentures. I had a difficult crossbite and significant bone loss and was a challenging case for sure! In addition to being aesthetically pleasing and incredibly comfortable, my dentures have proven to be functional far beyond what I could have ever expected. And his support staff couldn’t be more lovable! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You need a good dentist? Go to Bright Smile!!!

I called in for a same day emergency visit for my lower left wisdom tooth. I got in the same day thanks to the receptionist hearing me out and listening to my concerns. I was expecting to only get my lower left tooth pulled, but Dr C and his team managed to pull not 1 but all 4 of my wisdom teeth at a last-minute emergency appointment. Starting off , I have seen 4 dentists in the past short few months. Everyone wanted my very impacted wisdom teeth out before they would even give me a proper cleaning. Alexis, the dental hygienist, did a PHENOMENAL JOB with my cleaning. Explained everything she was doing and was very friendly and kind. Best cleaning I've probably ever gotten. Next, it was time to get numb for the extractions (it was too late in the day for sedation). Dr. C and his team made sure my level of comfort was their TOP PRIORITY. Being awake during a process like that is something I never thought I'd follow through with. With the help of Dr. C and his assistant Cheyenne, they overall made my experience one of the best. I will continue to visit this office even outside of emergencies! 10/10!

Alexis and Dr. Cheung were incredible, I’ve never felt more safe and cared for by a dental team. Very pleased with my results, and excited to come back again. Everyone at Bright Smile did a fantastic job of making me feel valued and welcome. I will definitely come back.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Bright Smile Dental, in the 20+ years that I have been going there. If there was an issue, they always corrected it and I never had to pay any additional charges. The staff Is friendly and they call me by my first name and they always make me feel welcome, I will never go anywhere else.

Extremely amazing office. The staff is so nice and accommodating and they really seem to care about their patients. I was a new patient and they made me feel so welcome and comfortable despite some issues with my insurance company. 10/10 would recommend!

I have had a lot of dental work throughout my life and this has by far been one of the best experiences I've had. They were all so kind and explained every step of my procedure and cost to me. I had a tooth that needed to go and Dr. Kim got it out quickly and efficiently. He checked on me throughout the pulling to make sure I wasn't in pain and explained things as he went so I knew what was coming. His assistant Sam was super bubbly and a good conversationalist which put me at ease from the start! I usually dread the dentist but I'm incredibly happy with my visit and honestly won't mind going back to see this awesome crew of people! (:

I have pretty rough dental anxiety, and making the appointment was a huge task. But once I arrived at Bright Smile, even though my emotions were getting the best of me I genuinely felt so comfortable here. First time I’ve been to a dentist and I get to call a lot of the shots and my feelings are priority.

For someone that hates the dentist, Bright Smile is an amazing place to go to. Great environment. Staff is great.

Went in for a wisdom tooth to get pulled and the procedure went smoothly, would suggest going here to anyone.

I was looking a place to get wisdom teeth removed during holiday break called several locations, Bright Smile dental was the location that responded quickly and also the only location that I could found around north Columbus that were able to schedule an appointment within a day. I saw good reviews but I was willing to take any detal office at the time regardless. They schedule me for wisdom teeth removal within a week. Total time they took is about an hour under local anesthesia and I have no complaints about the process. Before and after the surgery, Dr. Cheung explained every details. I didn't experienced any severe pain and can't complain about the recovery time. Overall a Great experience.

Because of a terrible experience at my old dental office, I put off going to the dentist for years. This place came highly recommended and I can see why. The level of care and overall experience could not be better.

I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. I suffer from PTSD from losing my father and fiancé in a plane crash. My father was my dentist. I haven't felt comfortable with one since and I have tried MANY. Most lose patience with me or get irritated quickly and I have high standards. I would either walk out or never return.

At Bright Smile everyone was extremely patient with me. They showed nothing but kindness and compassion despite not being aware of my situation. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left..... was nothing but the best. In a world where customer service is pretty much nonexistent, this place raises the bar. If you want somewhere that is worth your time and money, go here!
