Great service under difficult circumstances, when the entire zip code's mail was not delivered due to vandalism and the loss of a master key. The personnel stayed pleasant and explained exactly what was going on and what was needed to pick up our mail. Good job.

Shereen is amazing! I hope USPS promotes her!

I see some people haven't had great experiences here, but mine was incredible thanks to Shereen. She went above and beyond, and was such a kind human to me. Thank you Shereen!

There were 2 people being helped when I arrived so I hung out outside until someone let me in (the door is a complicated contraption). Service was very courteous and prompt.

Quick and straightforward package pickup process. The worker who helped us was friendly and prompt.

A quick package pickup process. Other than the door having to be unlocked from the inside, I had a great experience. Note that I'm picking up at 4pm on a weekday and there were two other patrons.

parking's a bit interesting, ring bell, get let in and pick up package. I had very friendly service. Building needs updating.

Kinda like a kiosk location with very limited options, pre-paid mail and questions, etc. There is only one person in at a time, and you need to ring a doorbell, but the front counter lady was nice.

This is a PROCESSING LOCATION and NOT a typical post office.
You can drop off pre-labeled packages and pick up missed deliveries, but don’t expect to buy stamps, pay for postage, or other standard post office tasks. See the Columbia City location near Alaska & Rainier for standard services (moved in 2023).

Parking can be tough to find, walking along MLK isn’t pleasant, and the door is behind the gate into the small, poorly maintained courtyard.

Our USPS workers deserve better, so please don’t get angry at them when this processing warehouse doesn’t offer full customer service.

Uh, 1st, go buy a doorbell. 2nd, if you don’t want me to knock, don’t put a sign on the door that says “knock loudly”. I saw people in the office so I knocked quietly. When the lady came to me, I was chastised and told I need to be patient. Was I supposed to wait outside? Idk. She grabbed my packages and shut the door.

Only reason I was there because the PO down the street decided to go on their 1.5hr lunch break. These people seem irritated. It seems that, a little better communication on the door and a 10 dollar door bell would greatly improve the quality of life for these postal workers. It’s really an easy fix. Why wouldn’t they do this? I mean, I kind of want to do it myself as I’m going to need to come here often because the PO hours are subject to random unannounced unlisted closures throughout the day. I wish the federal government could run things better, but alas…

On Tuesday nobody answered the phone line then on Wednesday I called to check in on my mail to see if I can pick it up at the Alaska street branch and I was given a number to call and still have to walk a Waze to get it after requesting to pick it up at a closer location to my home and still got directed to call the person who answered must not have paid attention to my question to ask to pick it up at a closer more convenient location for me to walk to I’m not 29 years old and young and I am disabled with PTSD with a dog so it is a ways for me to walk

It is unbelievable that they would first TAKE my package instead of delivering it, but then refuse to answer their door, left the closed sign up, not once but 4 times, then refuse my identification. Unbelievable.

2 stars cuz at least they had the decency to not make eye contact.

This is not even the first time. They never answer their door! They always withhold my packages! Why? I don't even live near here!
