I have to say the bankruptcy laws have changed completely since the 1980's and the rules are stricter. Kevin, Donna and staff worked with me to make the process as simple and understandable as possible. I would highly recommend that if you find yourself in this unfortunate situation that you use their firm. I chose the email only option and was extremely happy with how they handled my case. They were non-judgmental and kind. I learned a lot from this experience and am grateful for their help in achieving relief from the heavy anxiety I felt prior to filing.

I used affordable bankruptcy to help me thru the process of filing for bankruptcy. Every time I had a question, they got right back to me to help me understand what I needed to do. I was not very tech-savvy, so Donna helped me thru fax quite a bit. I'm also disabled and Donna and Kevin got me a court cost waiver granted, so I did not have to try to come up with that money. They have been there every step of the way. I just finished up, and the court process went very well. So happy I used their services. I would highly recommend them. They are very caring, compassionate people. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible.
