CVS

We just moved to Carson City and CVS has been very helpful in getting myself and my husband's RX's transferred over. I have called 3 different times, dealt with Diana, Beka and Ethan and all 3 of them have been very kind and helpful!!!!!

There was a huge mess up with my prescription today. I was definitely annoyed when I only received a one month supply instead of six months like my doctor put in. But Marlan fixed everything and corrected it all so I received my six month supply like I was supposed to. He was a rockstar today with his patience and determination to fix it for me!

I've recently changed pharmacy's to the Cvs on Fairview in Carson city Nv and I must say that I am very pleased with the change. The pharmacist and staff are always patient,kind and helpful. They work very hard and at times are not treated well by customers yet still have awesome attitudes! I highly recommend this pharmacy and staff. Thank you for your hard work. I'm sorry you all get treated like you are super humans, I know you all do the best you can

So I was a little worried about switching to this pharmacy after reading the other reviews here. The people that work here have been nothing but extremely helpful and kind. Yeah some things slipped through when I was switching and the app is a little buggy, but they are extremely busy. In short I'm very pleased with this pharmacy.

This is for the Fairview CVS pharmacy. The gentleman pharmacist with red hair and beard is exceptionally helpful. I wish I knew his name because he is fantastic. Exemplary customer service .

I just got off the phone with Lisa and I was very impressed by how well she answered all of my questions about transferring my mother's prescriptions from Ca. to this pharmacy. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the things I had to do. I think my mother is going to be very happy with dealing with this CVS. Thank you Lisa for all your help

Ethan the Pharmacist. I know he gives these vaccines all day long. He understood my intense anxiety and was so comforting. Absolutely a great experience.

The people working here had no trouble transferring Rx's. If you act nice you are treated accordingly as is true with the opposite.

I have been sitting literally at the pharmacy window for 35 minutes without even being acknowledged. Ridiculous

I have never had a bad experience at CVS... Walgreens on the other hand. they are terrible!

Called and the employee went to look for see that they had a product. He was quick and courteous, which I really appreciated!

Long waits at pharmacy and Forrestine is the friendliest pharmacy clerk in town
