I always love getting Pedicures here! The scent menu for the scrubs/lotions is wonderful. The more masculine scented ones are my favorite! I love being able to book online. I love the feet wax. The whole experience is pretty great!

The scents they use for the pedicures are delicious. I especially enjoy the raised pedicure foot baths and the super comfortable setting area. Great focus on customer service.

The absolute best nail salon. Extremely clean, I never have to wait, and my pedicures last 6-8 weeks with minimal tip wear. They book up pretty far in advance, and once you visit you'll understand why!

I was able to get in because of a cancellation. I like the fact that there are real sinks, better sanitation, versus the tubs where they place the plastic in the tubs. Ebony was very professional does great work.

Kim Holcomb did my nails for my wedding and she was wonderful to work with! My nails were beautiful and the junior bridesmaid who also worked with her felt super special. Everyone at the location was super accommodating. The shop was clean and I did not feel unsafe (with COVID I am extra careful and this was the first time I had seen a professional for nails since the pandemic began). Every staff member was in a mask and there was a barrier between Kim and me that made me feel extra secure. I will absolutely be treating myself and go back!

I will definitely be back!!! I was greeted with very friendly staff and offered a hot cup of tea while I was getting pampered. I got a pedicure and it was the most relaxing one I have ever received. The background music was great and very relaxing and the products that they used were top quality as well as the seating. If you deserve a treat go to Polished, you won't be disappointed.

I have been going here for special occasion pedicures and always enjoy the calm atmosphere, great services, and helpful employees. I recently took my mother for her first pedicure. She has Alzheimers and was a little unsure of the process and when to move her foot, etc. The woman helping her was so incredibly nice and patient with her and put her at ease during the pedicure. It was a great memory for us and I am so thankful for the above and beyond service. Thank you!

I love going here. They always make my nails look great and I appreciate their appreciation for perfection. It's always relaxing, professional, and so pretty inside. It can be hard to get an appointment if you dont plan ahead. They did a great job helping me pick out nail color also.

Went today for a pedi and it was the best pedi I have had. Kim was very meticulous and did a great job. The salon was clean and the other ladies working were super nice too. Would highly recommend.

My grandma & I visited the Southwest County location of Polished by Claire V yesterday afternoon. We had a delightful experience. The front desk associate was ready for us when we arrived. Our nail technicians, Amanda and Elisha, were attentive to our needs by complimenting the fragrance we selected, providing us with a cool glass of water, and interacting with us throughout the pedicure. We received great customer service & we plan to return soon for another pedicure!

This is an awesome place filled with awesome people that make you feel at home while they are pampering you. I love the upscale feel of the place and I would highly recommend it to anyone. This will be my choice from now on to get pedicures and manicures. Never been there before and my friend treated me for a manicure and this would be a fun place for ladies to hang out together!!! 😊

Received a mani/pedi today and the tech did a great job. Very sociable and made me feel comfortable since it was my first time there. All the staff was very nice and knowledgeable on what they have to offer in their salon. Will go again.

Ebony at Polished's downtown location was great!! Her pedicure was amazing and has lasted almost 3 weeks which is unusual for me. She was friendly, the spa is very clean, and I have already re-booked for another visit. I would definitely recommend Polished by Claire V.

I have always loved Polished. But recently they rose exponentially when they started offering CND Shellac power polish. It is incredible. It is durable. It is shiny new until the very end. It is healthy for your nails. The salon staff is wonderful. They make you feel special, always making certain you are comfortable and have something to drink. They are all friendly and warm. I always have the very best quality treatments and warm service. Thanks Polished!!!

The only place in Roanoke to get your nails done. Clean, professional, and relaxing. I read over the bad reviews and they're laughable, they were obviously written by someone who hasn't been to Polished before. Dallas at the downtown location is amazing and she is really friendly, but anyone you go to there is very talented and professional. Is it a little more expensive than the other nail places in the area, yes? Is it worth it? Of course it is. Do yourself a favor, go to Polished and you wont be disappointed. Most of the bad reviews are close to 5 years old, I think they've made improvements, give them another chance, I'm sure you wont be sorry. ( and no, I do not work for Polished, I was not asked to write this review, and I have NEVER worked for Polished)

This is a great salon for shellac manicures. They use the full line of genuine products, which results in a longer lasting end result than other walk in type nail salons. Online booking is very convenient, and the staff at the SW location (the only one I've visited) are respectful, friendly and professional. I have been very pleased and would recommend them without reservation.

I was thrilled Jennifer Mendak! I received the best service from her I've had at Polish.She gave a wonderful massage during my pedicure, and I loved the feather nail art! I will definitely book with her again!

I have been to polished twice now and really enjoyed myself. My appointment on Saturday May 23rd was great, very relaxing and enjoyed Ebony. I will be back in June and can't wait. Thanks to Jennifer Noell for inviting me the first time and now I'm hooked.

I have been to all three polished locations. I regularly have Diva Pedicures with Brooke at the Blacksburg location. I recently went to Shiann at the SW County location to have my first-ever shellac manicure along with a pedicure in preparation for my wedding. She did an amazing job and my nails looked beautiful for my big day! I'm on Day 11 and they still look good! I will definitely keep coming back to polished!
