I LOVE that we have a MAC Cosmetics counter in Dillard’s East in Mesilla Valley Mall. MAC artist JD was very helpful & friendly when I called looking for a particular product. There was only one in stock. JD kindly held the product for me until I picked it up that evening. Excellent customer service! Thanks again, JD.

Went shopping at the mall for some nice clothes and perfumes for my upcoming vacation. They have a very big selection and friendly knowledgeable staff. It was a very enjoyable experience.

The employees that work here treated me better than any department store I have visited in a long time. My wife could not stop talking about how polite, kind, and helpful the woman working in the jewelry department was. The gentleman who helped us find shoes for our son was also highly professional. We may not have found everything we were looking for but we will definitely shop there again because of how well we were treated. Keep us the outstanding customer service.

Recently my wife and I were in Dillards Las Cruces NM 1/12/23 shopping in the lingerie dept. The sales associate Valeriya was was very helpful with my wife’s personal purchase. That night my wife changed her mind and wanted to exchange the item for a different style. We returned to Dillards on 1/13/23. The sales associate Shannon was extremely helpful. Shannon determined the item my wife wanted, was not in this store. Shannon proceeded to track down the item at the Sunland Dillards location. Sales associate Yvonne located the item and put it aside for us. When we arrived at Dillards Sunland, Yvonne was happy to assist my wife and had the item within reach.
Valeriya, Shannon and Yvonne are an asset to your organization. These women went above and beyond with their duties to provide excellent customer service. They all put my wife at ease and had her laughing and put a smile on my wife that lasted several days. Thank you Dillards for having such professional women representing, what I believe are your core values. I highly recommend such a customer based business as yours.

Took a 96 year old shopping here for her petite sizes. Very well stocked and she found what she needed plus more from very beautiful displayed items! Always a wonderful day when you feast your eyes on their displays. Clean, comfortable temperature and friendly helpful service.

Rudy was beyond helpful and patient with my purchase of two beautiful Steve Madden high heel shoes. Rudy helped me over the phone then waited for me to arrive and gave me such a great experience! I will definitely be back and request him again!

Great variety of designer's clothing and housewares. The store is clean and a pleasant place to shop. Their displays are really well done with each season too. I like their shoe department best! If you're looking for a special occasion outfit or accessory, this is the place to go! And they've got a great fragrance department!

Bought a purse for my mom yesterday, the woman who helped me pick it out was very knowledgeable on different items features and where to find exactly what I was looking for. They had a great selection, and the option to have my gift wrapped in the store was well appreciated. I will be returning for future gifts.
