Red Lobster

The restaurant was short staffed but my server was the best. She handled her customers with grace. The food was superb. I would patronize this establishment again.

2023 October, Adrianna was our server and so glad she was there! We were seated immediately after calling to tell them that we were onour way. They said, they were not busy. Tried blackened Atlantic salmon, first time in a long time and did not like it, because I been taking a break from salmon. Also did not like the Caesar salad this time. Asked Adrianna to make a non-alcoholic mixed drink (raspberries, mango, strawberries and little water), it was delicious!

2023 July, Adrianna is really nice and accommodating. She's also a flight attendant. She was very patient with me while my family was giving me a hard time for taking a long time ordering my food. Adrianna listened and answered any all questions about the menu and made sure we all got what we wanted. We came in a second time in July and she walked in the door after we arrived. Requested her to be our waitress and she was our waitress again. Highly recommend Adrianna. The food was good too but the service provided by Adrianna was superb.

2020-01-11 young ladies at host/hostess desk were nice, seated us immediately, after the rest of our group arrived, we informed the young ladies at the hostess desk that a server has not come to our table yet, a few minutes later, the manager Tamera (Tamara) came to our table, apologized and offered us 2 appetizers (on the house), after we chose our 2 appetizers, Tamera brought the appetizers to our table and said our waitress will be at our table shortly, our waitress Ashana arrived at our table, introduced herself and took our drink/beverage order, brought our beverages, took our order, served us and took very good care of us, highly recommend her as waitress. The calamari, mozzarella sticks, biscuits, Lobster bisque, tilapia, other entrees and the chocolate brownie were all amazing! Before we left, another lady manager came by, spoke to us to make sure we enjoyed the food.

2018-08-19 hostess/seating personnel were really nice, upon arrival, they said that they have other large groups, so they could not seat us until they have seat/tables and servers available for our group of 13 people, while we were waiting, one young lady took a lobster out of the fish tank and let our children play with the lobster (encouraged them to touch the lobster), that was a nice gesture, we were seated in the back where we usually sit and 2 lady servers took our order and took good care of us, the Caesar salad, lobster bisque, peach lemonade and the combo (shrimp and flounder) were all excellent!

2017-09-17 was seated in less than 15 minutes, 2 servers/waitresses assigned to our group of 15+, servers did an excellent job, manager came and spoke to us and reminded us that she still remembers us when we got engaged here (my wife and I), food was good and they sang happy birthday to/for my Dad and gave him the chocolate cake and ice cream. Thank you Red Lobster!

2017-08-20 food was good, server was nice and helpful, and did not take much time to get our food, eat and get out of there; for some reason, they were not busy this Sunday afternoon; where was everyone at? Traveling to position themselves for the 2017 total eclipse which is scheduled for 8/21/2017?

11 months prior... This restaurant is very accommodating. Sunday afternoon after church, they usually seat my family and I between 10 and 15 minutes.

You may end up waiting a while, but honestly the food was amazing and the best Red Lobster experience I've had in years. They may be a bit understaffed, but as far as the food as service go, you'd never know. Had a great meal here thanks to Shana.

Vary good dinner Anna are was vary nice only thang I didnt like was the Bahama moma drink I ordered but other than that was great I would suggest turn up the lighting thow vary dark place, tempature was good thow

They were doing the all you can eat shrimp special. My son loves shrimp. He is 11. He did well. I enjoyed the Salmon, but did not like the popcorn shrimp. It was all breading and over cooked. Our server was nice and attentive. We went early to avoid the crowd. No. Real complaints. Coconut shrimp was very good. They made a pineapple dipping sauce. It was fabulous!

The restaurant and staff are very nice. The only bad comments we had were the tile floor in the bathrooms and in the lobby were very slick.

Food and service were great. Server was attentive even though there was a lot going on.

Terrific waiter, food and service. Been to a few different locations and this one stood out for its service. Food is usually really good but service is not great at all locations so I always have to cross my fingers if we decide to roll the dice. Other tables seemed to be getting great service as well. They even apologized for making us wait 5 minutes to be seated which is ridiculous because other places have 1 hr wait times. Very happy with this location and hope to be back again soon.

The food and drink was great, but I want to highlight the wonderful service! Reshana was a very attentive and friendly server. She deserves a raise!

Can I say I have been to many different Red Lobsters, but this one by far was my favorite. Everything was delicious. Our server Shania was the best. I could tell that they were understaffed, but the food came out timely, and drinks were flowing consistently. Definitely recommend

Went for a belated-birthday lunch. Food was delicious as usual. I love Red Lobster because they are always consistent with delicious food and very good service. I had the Dragon Shrimp with a side of coleslaw (they make some of the best coleslaw!) and my mom had the create-your-own with garlic shrimp scampi and fried scallops. She usually loves the scampi but said something was different this time But she couldn't figure out what. She said it was good but not as good as it usually is. My Dragon Shrimp was delicious. I love the spiciness of the dish and wish I could recreate it at home. The shrimp was freshly cooked and crispy, the broccoli perfectly cooked crisp-tender and a beautiful bright green. The rice-quinoa mix was also delicious. I was too full to partake of the vanilla bean cheesecake (much to my annoyance) but the waiter did ask if I would like to take a birthday brownie to go which was really nice of him (I declined which I now regret LoL).

Dale and Michelle were fantastic, food was fantastic, quality was fantastic and we had so much fun! Thank you Red Lobster Williamsburg! You made our celebration eveb better!! We will be back!

Celebrated my friend Joyce's Belated Birthday. It was better than my friend Cherryl planned for. The temp manager Kevin and our waitress Taylor treated us like royalty which made the day more Bless. I have been to plenty of Red Lobsters but this one I will always remember. Thank you all.

I’m not one to write reviews…, but here I am. The 0675 Red Lobster on Richmond Rd in Williamsburg, Virginia is the place to go. We are on vacation from Orlando, Florida celebrating my daughter’s birthday. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out the experience was one for the books. Almost every staff member we pass by greeted us in the way in and said have a great evening, or thank you for coming on the way out. They made us feel comfortable. The greeter at the front was seating our party of 5 at a table. When asked if we could have a booth, he didn’t even hesitate. He was able to seat us in a big booth to the back with out a problem. Our waiter Xavier was on point. He has good attention to detail with great communication skills. We did have to wait for the biscuits, but Xavier did inform us they were baking in the oven. They came out nice and hot. Xavier was very helpful with the question and concern about the items on the menu. He was very informative and was able to advice us base on his own experiences. In our party of 5 we had 3 picky eaters with some request. When the food came out everything was as asked for. No mistakes or returning plates back to the kitchen. The food was delicious and in the forty something years this is the first time I order a sirloin and it was made to perfection. It was not burn, rubbery, or pink. It was made delicious from texture to taste. We even got a visit from the manager to check how we were doing. I did inform Dale that the cook had done a great job and the experience was a lovely one. I did forget to let him know that Xavier did an amazing job as well. It was truly a team effort. Thank you for a great night and a birthday to remember. Happy Holidays to you and your team.

My husband and I had an amazing dining experience today! Thank you Sonya and management team for treating us like royalty! Sonya made our dining experience special from the time we walked in until we left. I would highly recommend this Red Lobster. I definitely would recommend asking for Sonya! This is one of two Red Lobster restaurants where the food is always cooked to perfection. The other is in Kissimmee, FL. It was so great, that we went there twice this week on vacation. I will definitely be back here when we come back to town. The entire family is still raving about our experience here. We ordered the endless shrimp special and it was fantastic!

Holy smokes the blackened salmon is outstanding and beautifully prepared ! Then there’s those biscuits! Geezzzzz

I have worked at many restaurants and have never seen a team more
dedicated to quality service provided to the people who come to dine. I appreciate the attention to detail and the mangers who go above and beyond to create the atmosphere and food great! My family loves the Red Lobster and dines regularly. Coconut Shrimp is our go to FAVORITE item. Labor of love is truly the definition of the managerial team and it shows. Thank you for the wonderful-experience working and dining for Red lobster. *I was not asked to post this and the opinions are of my own. I truly just love this restaurant and the people. Great food and people who care about the service.

Was really grate food was amazing we had an amazing waitress names Faith she is fairly new but just her energy was amazing and fun.
