AMAZING working with the brothers at AE.
Family business that has been in Roanoke since ‘52 passed down. This made me feel that I could trust them and was in good hands. They were fair and reliable. They told me they only purchase about 80 cars a year because they only want to sell the best.

I test drove a Nissan Versa Hatchback. They also let me take it to a mechanic to get it checked out. I went over to Wayne’s Imported Automotive. He told me the car was in great shape with only a minor issue. He said that it is rare to find a used car in such good condition. Went back to AE and worked out a deal!

This was a great experience to me as a first time car buyer and young woman. It’s always intimidating as a young woman worrying that you will be treated poorly or duped - neither of which I experienced. I felt respected the whole time and was walked through the entire process. Paid with a certified check and the process was incredibly fast! Was able to pay and get my car over my lunch break!

I seriously cannot recommend Automobile Exchange enough. I will be telling all my friends about what great service I received and recommending them as a place to get a car! Thank you so much!

We were there today helping my Mother in law buy a very nice 2014 Jeep Compass. They are very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

Two years ago, my truck was falling apart...literally. Found a car there, but it was gone fast. Told them how much I wanted to spend...picked a little car out and test drove it. By the time I got back with cash...they had the deal ready. Fair, fast, and friendly. Car has been great!! I'll buy my next car there, too...

I ended up not buying from them cause another deal worked out BUT these guys are so kind and helpful and personable. They talked to me about the companies history and they were just so genuine. They do have some decent cars but their kindness is why I gave them 4 stars.

Have bought many cars since the 1970s and have had only one minor issure and they helped correct it. The Peck brothers are good people.

I went to Automobile Exchange today to help my sister buy a car. Online they say they are open 12-5 on Sundays. We went to the location and on the door it says they open at 1 on Sundays. We didn't mind and went looking around at other places and came back around 1:30. We get there and still no one there. She really wanted to test drive a certain car and was discouraged that they weren't open according to the hours that are posted in the window of their business. I am rating one star because we never even got to speak with anyone.
