Messenger Place

I found this place a year ago and regretted signing to a different complex. I checked again for availability this year and they happened to have a unit at a competitive price. Out of all my tours/apartment hunting headaches this place has been the absolute best from the cleanliness of the building down to the amazing PM Tiffiney. So happy I found my way back here!

My wife and I were looking for a place and we came across the Messenger Place. We loves the different style floor plan they offered for a 2 bedroom, especially the fact that it was roommates style. I was going yo turn 1 of the bedrooms into my office, due to the fact that I work from home, and didn't want to wake her up while I'm in an early morning meeting.
We been here for 7months now and I love the place, the rental office staff is friendly and willing to help. I'm glad we made this choice...

Lived here for 9 months now, and this place legitimately has the best maintenance I've ever seen between the 5 different leasing companies I've ever given checks to. Ray is a phenomenal repair man and has fixed everything from leaky sinks, to damaged drawer supports, to thermostat batteries, and all in less than 24 hours of me putting in the maintenance ticket. I very highly recommend living here if quick and effective maintenance is something you value in an apartment complex.

I love living at Messenger Place! It's a super nice building and within walking distance of everything in Old Town. Ray, the building maintenance worker, is absolutely FANTASTIC! He responds immediately to any work order and doesn't stop until he's fixed the issue.

Tiffiney and John are an awesome team together. After coming yesterday to go and do dryer vent cleaning for this property, it was really kept nice and professional. John was very friendly and engaging with residents and with CCS staff. Thanks again

Amazing place. Clean. Tiffani gave us a tour and handwritten welcome note. Brand new appliances. It's so quiet, no sirens from the firehouse can be heard. Great view with friendly neighbors

I’ve been here a year now, and I can’t think of a better place for me to have acclimated to a new area. There are bars, restaurants, farmer’s markets, and other cultural activities within easy walking distance. It’s a 4-minute walk to the VRE for me to commute to Arlington. Tiffany is by far the best site manager I’ve ever had. And Ray always does a phenomenal job keeping the place running, whether it is doing routine maintenance, letting me in when I lock myself out, or helping with a step of putting furniture together because you need a second pair of hands. Living here has certainly helped me feel like I’m “home.”

Tiffany and Ray do an excellent job. It’s been my experience that they always respond to any questions or concern within 24 hours or before. Much appreciated and happy holidays everybody.

Great place if you want to live in a walkable area with restaurants, shops, and Amtrak/ VRE. Very modern and clean apartments. Tiffany is an incredible property manager and very helpful with everything.

Such a great tour of the apartments and the host really made me and my girlfriend feel welcomed and comfortable. I definitely recommend you all finding your place at messenger place.

Ray responded to and resolved an after hours service request to repair the air conditioning unit in my unit, October 6th. This was done I short-order and most effectively. All the more an issue as the 6th was not only a Friday but a FIRST Friday which certainly extended Ray’s time bag to the facility and my unit. Ray maintained communications with me via cell throughout the repair process. Extremely attentive!

I had the best tour. I felt so welcomed and invited into this apartment community. All of my questions were answered without me even having to ask them. The tour was quick, easy and detailed. I’m so glad this space exists.

Great location. Walkable to many Old Town activities. Ray is alway quick to respond to any issue, and does a great job.

Tiffany was amazing! I went a couple of weeks ago to tour an apartment and she made it a very pleasant one, it shows how much she loves the community there.

We toured the apartments, and they were clean, beautiful with lots of natural light. The kitchen and cabinets around the apartment are phenomenal. Tiffiney has been amazing and answered all of my questions, and has gone above and beyond to help with our moving situation. We ended up applying and cannot wait to call Messenger Place our home in a few days!

This is our second apartment at The Messenger and I truly love living here. The building is clean, Ray the Maintenance Manager is always helpful and proficient, and Tiffiney the property manager is always responsive and so so helpful. I can not emphasize how much we love living here! Great location, great customer service, and the apartments are gorgeous.

We are coming up on our 3rd year of living at Messenger, we love the location, building, the staff and specifically Ray! He is always so friendly and helpful and is so prompt with any repairs we have had. We just re-signed our lease and are looking forward to another year here at Messenger!
