I had a fantastic experience at the local 7-Eleven store. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my shopping trip a breeze. The store was clean and well-organized, with a wide variety of products available. From snacks to beverages, I found everything I needed. The convenience of 24/7 operation was a major plus. Overall, a top-notch store that I'll definitely be visiting again!

Amazing Store. The floor is amazingly clean and the employees make you feel at home. When I go to get my weekly donut, its just in and out! They always have everything in stock. Overall the best convenience store in Manassas

My girlfriend went in for a cola to get accused of stealing when the fountain was out of syrup and had to choose a different drink. I confirmed this for myself by going in a few hours later, filling a cup full of diluted cola. I tried to ring it out to explain to the cashier what happened but to my surprise they were too busy watching TV behind the counter to notice me. I left it so hopefully they notice they are low on syrup before accusing someone else of stealing.

Interesting difference between the treatment in me and my girlfriend though. I was completely ignored while she was accused of theft. I'm a pasty white boy and she is full blooded El Salvadorian, so I'm really hoping race/nationality didn't play a factor.

Worst 711 i have ever been to. So bad i had to leave a review. This 711 is the closest to my job, I came in one morning trying to purchase a quest bar for lunch and the whole stack of bars was in the $1 section. I assumed they were on sale (because i know the price) i grabbed 2 because of THE PRICE , only for them to be almost $3 each when rung up. I told the 711 employee that in the spot they were at they were posted a dollar. He said he knew what i was talking about but that it was not for that item and he told me hed change it when he got around to it. Ok thats fine. I dropped by the next 2 mornings and they were still the same price. I mentioned it to the cashier and he said the same thing. That he would change them when he got around to it. NOBODY WAS EVEN IN THE STORE AND HE WAS SITTING AROUND EVERY SINGLE TIME. I definitely plucked all the incorrect price tags off the quest bars since the cashier was so incompetent to do so. Save your time and avoid this 711. Cashier is straight trash i can see why they have poor reviews

Today February 29th 2020 at 4:00pm I walked into this location looking for a “Bang” drink they didn’t have it so I decided to leave the store. Walking back to my car this 7 eleven employee called me so I went back to find out what happened and he was trying to accuse me of “stealing” Because I hade a product that I bought from the other store in my jackets pocket (a product that 7 eleven doesn’t even sell) and I explained him that I just went to get a drink but since they didn’t have it I decided to leave and he can check the cameras, he said that I cannot just walk into the store and leave and I HAVE to ask him if they have the product, he screamed at me saying “ I don’t want you in my store” this is very disrespectful.

You know- Most 7-Elevens you can walk in nowadays are bright, clean and able to give you passable food on the go. NOT THIS ONE!!! First, walking in, I felt like I was in Apu's Quik-E-Mart from "The Simpsons".... Dirty floors and shelves, flickering lights.... Then we get to the hot dog I bought- The bun was stale, and crumbly, and the hot dog must have been sitting on the rollers for 8 hours!! One bite was all it took for the rest to go in the trash. Really, if you want something from a 7-eleven, make the drive a mile north on 234 and go to that one, a million times better.

This is the 2nd most terrible 711 I’ve been to in Manassas so congrats on not being the first! Complete waist if a store & poor quality.

Bad service,, they scanned my rewad card and they stole 800 points from my reward card, and then I pay for my coffe, that's no good..

Very poor customer service, I didn't receive what I asked for nor my receipt so I couldn't even tell if I had been charged extra. Very unprofessional. Won't be coming here again.

I went to this store I drop my coffee as an accident and the guy tried to force me into cleaning it
