Food Lion

Super friendly and clean staff. My mom knows everyone there. Chill atmosphere - rarely crowded or chaotic. Prices are fair, often better than nearby grocery stores. Some of the cashiers go out of their way to help my mom out during check-out because my mom is an elderly person.

FOODLION here is very pleasant. It can get busy at time which means that there can be quite a bit of a crowd but for the most part it is fair. The associates are also very nice and helpful. They try their best (which can be noted) to keep a nice clean and well stocked grocery store. Their order and pick up service is also well. I get contacted if and for every adjustment needed to be made and is usually completed early! Prices are also fair and if you get their rewards program (which is free), you can really save some good money. You just have to keep your eye out on the specials and coupons. Good thing is that all of it can be found in the app.

Went in to get caffeine free diet coke bottles and they only had a few. Which is normal in any store. When pandemic hit seems like everyone went caffeine free. Anyway I checked with customer service and they had 4 in back. They are so helpful at customer service. Every place is short staffed. A little kindness goes a long way....

You can find almost anything you need, vegetable department not big, but veggies are fresh, associates are very nice

Convenient store on route to and from home. Plus reasonable prices.

Taneshia is literally the best. She basically lives at Food Lion. It doesn't matter what time of the day/night I go she is always there willing to help & with a smile on her face.

I've been to many Good Lions and they are all fantastic. The service, the products, and the employees are always great!

Great grocery store and affordable prices. Wonderful staff has all the items you need in each department. Food Lion is one of the best grocery stores in Northern Virginia.

The people here for the am shift are always helpful and in good spirits. The butcher is very pleasant and super helpful always! I enjoy seeing the crew when I go in for my shopping. I've replaced Walmart for Food Lion just for the simple fact it's cleaner friendly and the quality is better. I feel like if I did have a complaint it would be heard but I don't have one.

My main grocery store, good prices and selection, nice store. The rotisserie chicken meal deal is a great deal. The deli runs some good deals too, I like the $6 lunch meat and cheese deals.

I love it I wish to go back and work their again . Great environment.

It's clean and well maintained. Prices are reasonable and the selection of products is good. Friendly staff and convenient for me to get to. Update: like most places the supply chain problem has impacted this store but for the most part their shelves are pretty well stocked. There have been times their sale items have been out of stock but they normally get restocked before the sales is done. This is one of the stores I shop consistently. Even though inflation has now driven prices higher, I find that shopping the Food lion sales still makes food prices tolerable. Still a go to write for me.

I love Food Lion. This is a good one with friendly, helpful staff. Produce section is smaller, but well-stocked. I go here at least twice weekly.

Great customer service. Very clean, good prices, fresh vegetables. I try to keep it short and sweet, I feel as though that may give off a "fake review vibe" But this is genuinely my favorite grocery store as far as quality and the value of a dollar as far as meat and produce. The only time that I haven't seen this place completely stocked was when we all went crazy at the beginning of covid around March. And that wasn't their fault, they work hard. I always see soneone cleaning and stocking when I go in.

Always has great sales and prices and some unique things that I can't find at other stores (like Walmart), thankful to have this store near me! 🙏🏾

The girl Taniesha (sorry if misspelled) at the front keeps everything clean and organized. I always see her busy. She is definitely keeping the store in tip top shape. Talk about a hard worker.

I just love this food lion .. The staff greet me every time I come in.. The store, restrooms are always clean and the produce department is always fresh and well signed...

Clean and helpful associates. Decent sales.. my favorite grocery store!!
