Dr. Irby and Associates are a dedicated team of professionals who strive to provide the best dental services in the Roanoke area. In my three years of visiting this dental team, I have always been in and out on time. At one point while travelling in Florida, I had a minor gum infection around a wisdom tooth. One quick call to the office was all it took to get a prescription called into a local Florida pharmacy by Dr. Irby's staff, giving me immediate relief the same day. They even called a couple days later to check on me to make sure I was okay. How's that for great follow up?

If you are looking for a GREAT dental Hygienist, you might ask for "JACKIE" at this office. She is really good, professional and is absolutely one of the best I have ever had.

I've been going to Dr. Irby for 3 years now, and I can't recommend them enough. Every single visit, from cleanings to fillings to more complex procedures, has been a positive experience.

Dr. Irby is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also very friendly and puts you at ease. They take the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions you might have. The same goes for the entire staff - hygienists, assistants, and everyone at the front desk - they're all friendly, helpful, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your visit.

The office itself is clean, modern, and has a relaxing atmosphere, which is a big plus for anyone who might feel anxious about going to the dentist.

Dr Irby was very kind and communicative during my office visit with him today. He heard my concerns and we were able to come up with a treatment plan together. Mary, my hygienist, was the most gentle and caring hygienist I’ve ever met. She had a wealth of knowledge and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I feel grateful to be under their care and highly recommend their office!

Dr. Irby is great and so are the staff at his office. They do great work and have taken care of me quickly whenever the need has arisen. They care about your health and treat their patients thoroughly. I would recommend Dr. Irby's office to anyone even if you are not in network with them. I have had some bad experiences with dental offices but never have I had to worry about that in Dr. Irby and his staffs capable hands.

This has to be hands down the best dentist office in Roanoke. Service was A1. I had a wisdom tooth extraction. Everyone (receptionist, dental hygienist, Dentist) was helpful and courteous. I felt seen & heard. The procedure went so smooth I was surprised it was over so quick. Would I recommend others here? 100%. I’m actually in the process of making them my permanent Dentistry.

Dr. Irby is a wonderful dentist. Always cheerful and kind. My dental hygienist is phenomenal. Our dentist retired a few years back and we were able to get in with Dr. Irby and his amazing staff. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. Tammy Hale

Dr. Irby and my hygienist, Mary, are truly the best. I was referred to their office over 2 years ago for an emergency dental service. Dr. Irby was SO helpful and comforting that day, I continued my routine visits at his office. Mary is by far the best hygienist I've ever seen- She is kind, informative, and always puts me in place when I need to floss better lol. This team will forever have my business!

Dr. Irby helped me with a dental emergency that was causing me severe pain. He saw me right away, did an exam, and explained my options. This was the Friday before a holiday weekend, and he didn't want me having to wait until the next week. He performed the procedure right then, printed out clear cut instructions, and explained the steps that would happen in a very clear-cut way.

He is honestly the best dentist I've ever been to- very careful and gentle. He and his staff are also very warm and friendly, genuinely nice.

Dr. Williams and his assistant was amazing! They made my visit very comfortable! He made sure I was comfortable and not in too much pain during my procedures. He listened to my concerns and suggested the best procedures moving forward. The staffs are very friendly and they’re willing to work with you when it comes to scheduling.

These folks are the best people you can find to work on your teeth!! Amazing and caring Dr Irby!!! Amazing experience!! Amazing staff!!! Would recommend without any reservation whatsoever!!!! Hope they continue to provide great service as they continue to get busier which I have no doubt they will!

Dr Irby was fantastic! Very kind and explained everything. Jackie was my hygienist, she was amazing! They did everything to keep things comfortable. Could not have asked for a better experience!

I'm not one to typically leave reviews, but the staff that I dealt with was amazing. I called as a last resort (already had an appt for a week out elsewhere) with extreme tooth pain from a broken tooth and they fit me in the same day. They also provided an estimate for the procedure I need done and gave me a referral to an oral surgeon if I wanted sedation for the procedure needed. I'm highly considering switching dental offices based solely on how efficient and amazing they were with my feelings and treatment needed.

Dr. Irby and his staff are always super friendly and helpful. He has went way out of his way to help us with an emergency dental situation, and I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend him for your dental needs.

I loved it. I had an amazing experience from making my first appointment to leaving. I called to make my appointment and the women on the phone was so kind and understanding. When I walked in, a doctor was taking the time to sit with a patient and just talk about travel. It was heart warming to see as I often feel like doctors don’t care from my own experiences. The check in process was fast and simple with kind ladies. Someone got me set up in the room and wanted to genuinely know about me and didn’t feel like a robot. She noticed I was nervous and talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable. Then the doctor walked in and he was just as nice. Overall, this was the best experience I have had with any doctor. 10/10 and will recommend to everyone in Roanoke. They made it feel human.

Dr Irby and his staff is very knowledgeable and take time to explain everything in detail. Office is clean and the equipment is top notch. I came to this dentistry from a recommendation of an elderly couple i met in a park as they walked their small dog: "Irby! You must visit Dr Irby's office!". Glad i found you guys.

Dr. Adam William was amazing. He was able to get me in quickly regarding a broken wisdom tooth and was calm and patient with me as I was very anxious to be in the chair. As he numbed me he was sure to explain what he was doing and then when I was numb and had headphones in he was still sure to explain to me even though I couldn't hear well, just in case. They removed two problem teeth in 20 minutes and sent me on my way with antibiotics and an itemized list of what I would look to pay to fix the rest of my teeth.

Truly an amazing dentist. I think I've found my new permanent dentist here in Roanoke.

Thanks for seeing me quickly before our trip. The split tooth extraction went great. My teeth feel better than ever. We completed our 2,200 mile walk of the Appalachian Trail yesterday 2016-2023

They are kind. They listen. They find a way to see me when I am in pain. I love this dental practice. I have never said this about any of my previous dental practices. I always hated going to the dentist and I would put it off until I couldn’t wait any longer. Not now. Now I call Irby Dentistry when I first start having a problem. I don’t mind going now.
