This is an amazing playground! I grew up in some of the playgrounds around Roanoke but not this one, and I wish I had. It's a nice location with easy access to ball fields, walking trails, a little free library, and lots of parking.

Lovely Park with a great playground for kids. Perfect open space for sports and having a picnic or event. They have a trade book shelve, you'll find several books there.

Nice, quiet, underutilized imo. Very peaceful place to take a walk or bring the little ones for some fun on the jungle gym.

Good parking and picnic areas. It's clean, and there are plenty of wide open, grassy spaces. You can walk from the farthest soccer complex all the way to the library without walking along the road.

Actually, Starky Park South. We have our church picnic there every year. It is a great place. Big grassy area for the kids to play. Nice play area for the younger kids. Plenty of shade. Nice place.

We love this park. It has everything for the kids but its geared towards older kids. I also like this park because the car is close to the playground and it's easy with kids wanting things from the car every few minutes

Wide open park with plenty of parking and space that's well taken care of. Playground space for the kids as well as a great spot to walk the dog.

Starkey North has tons of ball fields and a walking trail to South County library. Starkey South also has a playground and is a great spot for a picnic with kids.
