I went to my first appointment today. I appreciate all the email/text reminders about my appointment. The front desk assistant was very sweet and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long to see a hygienist after my ID and insurance were scanned. This is the first place I’ve seen offer an oral cancer screening during a visit ($30) and measure my teeth. The dentist had a no-show and was able to give me a filling during her downtime. I fully expected to have to make a future appointment for the filling since online booking was limited for this appointment. All of the staff were friendly and made sure to fully inform me on who I would be seeing next and what they would provide for me. The manager took my payment after, which I appreciated not having to wait for a bill/pay in full before a service was done. I highly recommend them.

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! This office has been amazing to work with. They have a great system, getting you in and out quickly. Everyone was super friendly, but I gotta give shout outs to Jennifer, Maria, Dr. Ferreria, and Megan specifically! From someone who has experienced dental trauma, you all surely eased my anxiety. THANK YOU!!

It was the best dental service I have had! Very nice and speedy customer service of all the staff and I loved the same day service because it supported my health issues! I want to thank Aspen Dental for being very concerned with what I need and why I need needed their services so quickly! Thank you so much and I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone I know! Very nice place The staff there is Amazing. All of them have a great attitude and work well together. Friendly and Professional at the same time. I wish my job was like this. Amazing group of people. Explained what was going on with my Dental health and how to move forward with options. This will now be my New Dental Home. Thanks Aspen.

Amazing service all around. Been going here for the past 6 months and everyone has treated me with so much compassion. The ladies are extremely nice and funny, it makes going to th dentist a little more enjoyable with the positive energy they always have. Until I found Aspen dental I never looked forward to going, now it's always exciting! Thanks to the ladies at the Tanglewood location, y'all are amazing!

Going through the process of getting my first set of full dentures. To call it challenging would be a serious understatement. I am grateful to the Aspen Staff for helping me through this part of my life. From the welcome to the office, to the financial paperwork process, to having my teeth removed, to adjusting to my new dentures, I have received total professionalism from the Staff. My Dentist showed knowledge and care each time I saw her. I really appreciate the patience Breanna shows me with my questions and concerns. I just want these professionals to know I truly appreciate their efforts.

My visit was to have my partial fixed so I wouldn't have a headache after 1 hr of wearing. The woman was great. She fixed it! Now comfortable all day.

Very friendly office staff, from the dentist to the hygienist, to technicians and management. They do well to communicate details in simple terms and show patience and kindness to all their patients. They went overboard to accommodate my wife and I for back- to-back appointments since we were coming from an hour away just so we could save time and gas. (Thanks Megan!)

I have some rather extensive work that needs to be done. I was overwhelmed and somewhat embarrassed. Everybody at this location was fantastic from the time I walked in until the time I left. The de tist actually listened to me which has not been the case anywhere else. Several appointments are on the books and I look forward to getting all of this done.

I came looking for denture prices, and left there with denture plan, and my impressions were made today to be ready for the appointment date. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I left feeling like I was in good hands.

I complained about a bill my husband was sent, which was an error. I wrote a review about it complaining. I went in today and saw Michala not sure of the spelling. She checked it, corrected while I got my teeth cleaned, I already had an appointment. I am impressed. If you have an error, tell them about it! Corporate saw my review and responded immediately with a phone number, but I didn't have to call. Thank you Aspen and Michala!

I just love Aspen Dental! This place listens to you and then does exactly what you ask them to do. They are most helpful, courteous, and make you feel at home! They definitely made me feel as though I was their only client! I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone!!!

Great Staff! Mikayla (Office) did the presentation of what the cost of the procedure. She was so kind. From the girl at the front desk, hygienist, denist, & ALL THE GIRLS. It's a GOOD THING, if you can smile from a dental appointment!! Thank-you to each of you!! GREAT STAFF!!

Three days prior I developed excruciating pain on the #5 upper tooth. I was able to see my dentist pretty quick who diagnosed a fractured tooth. The dentist said unfortunately there’s no fix and the tooth would need extracted. That office referred me immediately to local oral surgeon. When I called to schedule I was informed the soonest appt. for extraction is one month away. At this time I was so worried that I couldn’t survive the pain for a month. I had not slept in t two days and was eating OTC pain meds.
Anyway late last nite my wife was able to get me an appt. online with Aspen Dental at 8:30.
Remarkably from the time we arrived at Aspen Tanglewwod Mall area till the time we left was just less than one hour. I have been relieved of the pain and the cracked tooth. Easy registration, took my insurance info and put things in motion. My cost was very, very reasonable and I was actually surprised. With the pain level I was experiencing, I would have paid more.
The staff is incredibly polite and very professional.

I had the most pleasing experience working with Aspen. They were extremely accommodating and helping me get in quickly and with follow up needs. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. They were very informative in terms of my dental needs, what I need to do first, and with follow up in referrals. I will be returning to them for services even though I live quite a distance away. I highly recommend them.

Had a good experience. Went in for first checkup with x-rays and exam. And later appointment for a cleaning. Cleaning was fast and efficient. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable.

I absolutely love the environment and the kindness of everyone there ❤ everyone treated me really well and also made my son’s first dentist appt awesome. He actually liked going and he’s only 7!
