My go to French bakery in the North Seattle area.

Everything is made from scratch and with such a beautiful balance of flavors and tenures. Never too sweet and always flakey to perfection.

Their pastries not only look great, but taste even better.

They have classics and new inspirations to try each time you go.

The espresso is good, don't expect the fancy decore on top but flavor is good quality.

Seating is very limited and usually crowded especially on the weekend.

If you do find a seat, be curtious and bus your own table so others can sit.

Always enjoy coming here by myself or with family and friends. Enjoy!

Incredible selection of amazingly prepared sweet & savory croissants and pastries. The cruffin aka croissant muffin filled with a silky guava cream was mind blowing. We also had the mouthwatering bacon egg & cheese and zucchini croissants, all so delicious and flaky with amazing flavors. We got the sense this is not your average bakery, they’re taking croissants to the next level. And with the nicest staff, great energy and vibes we can’t wait to come back and try all the options.

The pastries here are art and they’re sending me with how good they taste. You’re going to pay a little bit more but it’s absolutely worth it. The sandwiches are solid so it’s an excellent breakfast and brunch spot.

Inside space is small but they make it work and have a patio.

The staff is friendly, helpful, proud of their work, and legit LGBT supportive. 🏳‍🌈🏳‍⚧

Latest Update (Dec. 2023): All adventures yield equally impressive results.
Quick adventure turned into a delicious one. Stop by to grab breakfast, hot cocoa and coffee with the kiddos.
The pastries were fresh, perfect pieces of dough that realized their full potential. The breakfast gallete was divine, the "muffin" was heavenly, and the cinnamon bun was great, albeit too much frosting. Overall, a wonderful place for breakfast or a coffee break.

Warm and welcoming bakery with delicious baked goods.
I got two of every Macaron. The fillings were all perfect in texture and flavor. The crust had a wonderful gentle snap to it, the interior was just right, not too chewy and not too soft.
I also got a Caramel Apple Kouign Amann. This was like paradise in my mouth. Light flakey layers of dough, light crisp along the outside, and a wonderful diced apple topping. Every part all in harmony without over powering.
Lastly I had a wonderful pastry that I cannot remember the name of that has a peach halve on top of it. All i know is heavenly doesnt begin to describe this thing. The beautiful snap of the top most crust was impeccable! The peach half is wonderful, not too sweet, not too bitter, perfectly ripe and gently caramelized. The dash of cream piped on was equisit.
I highly recommend and will come back repeatedly.
This bakery appears to be very popular and loved as shortly after I arrived to an already bustling interior... there formed a line behind me that went out the door!

Had the most amazing pastries. The kruffen Delicious the PNW Salmon was so flaky and my daughter had the bacon egg and cheese and she says it was delicious also. She is planning her birthday meal and says that what’s going to start her birthday off with.

There are good-looking pastries, cakes, and sandwiches. Sweet and savory, huge variations.
I would love to come back and try other items.
They bake at the shop. It's fun to look at what they make.
Their shop is quiet and cozy.
I had a maple croissant and chai. The croissant is big. I certified its volume and taste.

The supreme croissant was amazing! Didn’t know it had cream inside but it was so good, loved the glaze/icing on top. I would say it would take 2-3 people to eat. Service was okay. Lots of seating.

Fantastic European style pastries. The Earl Grey filled croissant was excellent. I loved the Viennese style cappuccino with whipped cream and cocoa powder. Like a mocha but not overly sweet. They have a few spaced tables inside and a few sidewalk tables.

We were in between downtown and this area, I weirdly had this sudden craving of pistachio croissant something I had in the last day of New York we visited two years ago.. upon searching for one I found this place. When we arrived parking was super easy and as we entered the bakery the soul hovering aroma of butter and everything delicious watered my mouth so fast I couldn’t wait to go get my pan au chocolat pistachio croissant (even better) which I did haha My husband got a pan au chocolat and our son got the blueberry scone. Omg the first bite was heavenly the crackle and the buttery finish was just perfection. I will be returning soon my health and wallet is thankfully we don’t live close by otherwise would’ve done daily damage haha. Guys just go and enjoy a little French taste gateway!

The people working here are so kind and patient despite how busy it gets. The genuine smile and warmth at the register is as sweet as the pastries. My croissant was delicious as expected and worth the wait.

Delicious French Bakery with a lot of different options to choose from and some unique pastries. I tried the pistacho croissant and it was delicious. It tastes just like a regular croissant but with the pistacho sprinkles and a small filling of a pistacho cream on the inside which is very well balanced. Not as overwhelming or sweet as a Baklava.
The coffee was really good. Definitely plan to visit again and try some of the other pastries!

The Kougin Amman was excellent, never had one before and now I’m in love :)

The bacon egg and cheese croissant and the coffees are also on point!

The bakery is sooo good here.
[Earl grey croissant] is a must try! It’s not too sweet but smells and tastes so tea/leaf-y. Perfect balance between the croissant texture and cream filling.
[Strawberry lemon curd danish] is on the sour-sweet end, very fresh and won’t get bored till the last bite.
[Almond pistachio mousse tart] got both the look and the taste. The inner layer tastes so nutty

I’ve been wanting to go to Celine Patisserie for some time now and finally paid a visit. The café is in a pretty new building and the décor is contemporary and subdued. When I visited around 3pm on a Saturday, I was one of two groups. The two ladies working were friendly and nice to talk to as well. I have kept an eye on Celine Patisserie’s social media and had an idea of what I wanted. They had a lot of desserts still available when I visited. I ended up sharing a custard tart with fresh raspberries and blueberries, and then also got an earl grey croissant and raspberry mascarpone cruffin to go. The custard tart was great – it was creamy and eggy and the best part were the fresh raspberries. They were floral and bursting with flavor. They were the platonic ideal of a ripe raspberry. The earl grey croissant was great as well with a creamy earl grey filling. As I was eating the croissant, the whole thing reminded me of a cream puff with the crispy exterior and cream filled interior. The cruffin was really good too. The raspberry jam was sweet and tart which balanced well with the creamy mascarpone. Overall, I think Celine is now one of my favorite pastry places in Seattle. I will be back to try more.

Wow!! The Blueberry Whip Croissant was one of a kind!!! Very delicious, flakey, buttery, and sweet!! I loved it! The Earl Grey one was good as well, but I highly recommend the Blueberry one.

Traditional croissant was good, but the Blueberry kind took the cake.

I would pass on the chocolate croissant. Not enough chocolate. Still good though!

Online pre-order was quick and painless. No waits at all. It was prepared within 10 mins of us placing an order. Service was fantastic. There are also two tables outside for outdoor seating.

The owners of this place are incredibly attentive and deliver very high quality European-style pastries & much more. Need a hostess gift? Grab one of their gorgeous small cakes wrapped in elegant boxes. Need a neighborhood place to have coffee and a sweet with a friend? They’ve got a table in the corner just for you! They also have a big common table and extra chairs - consider it for your next meeting or get together!
So glad this wonderful place is in my hood!
