When we first learned about Privacy On Demand we were floored. We live in a fishbowl setting and not only do we invest in these curtains but we became Distributors as well. And its been nothing but uphill! People love Outdoor Privacy Curtains! Highly recommend getting these for your own outdoor patio. Its made out of Sunbrella Fabric...can't ever go wrong with Sunbrella!

The product is great…we’ve had these curtains for over ten years and loved them. But…when it was time to replace them, a new owner had taken over, and the customer service has been very poor. The son (of the owner) who came to measure wouldn’t respond to emails or texts about the job, which resulted in retaining clips being placed in poor positions. Then, months later, it took 11 days to even get an answer as to when a warranty issue could be resolved. From the owner…(“I passed your issue to my sons…I’m teaching them to take care of their business.”)

If you’re prepared to struggle to get a job completed, by all means give them a try! I won’t be calling after the warranty period is over.
