This was my first time seeing Dr. Go. He came highly recommended from my primary care doctor. Even before I got there, in the days leading up, coordinating and dealing with forms and insurance I experienced a friendly, professional, thorough and efficient front office staff.

Dr. Go himself was timely, and actually listened and focused. He has the best kind of doctor-filtering where they let you say everything and internally filter to just the parts that are relevant to their puzzle-solving.

I was genuinely comforted by how dialed-in he seemed, but his overall demeanor is very friendly and personable. He seems authentic, but also very knowledgeable. Feeling very blessed for everyone there to have earned my trust in a single visit!

I was hesitant after reading so many negative reviews but I decided to go and make my own determination. I found his office staff to be helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with Dr. Go on my first visit. He was punctual and has a pleasant manner about him. What really impressed me was he had all the forms I had to fill out. This is the first time in my 81 years that any doctor has done this, and we reviewed each page with him asking questions about my answers. I only needed some special testing done to be sent off to a lab, but if I ever need an ENT in the future I will be calling Dr. James Go

Dr. Go was pleasant, succinct, methodical and very clear and open about treatment and knew exactly what to suggest. However… his staff seemed very monotone, bored and avoidant of any social interaction (no big deal to me, I understand)

This was my first appointment at Dr Go's. The appointment was on time, the office was clean, and the staff were very professional. Dr. Go was also very professional and I left feeling much relieved that he was able to quickly identify my issues, communicate them to me in an understandable way, and end my undo worries.

Dr. Go was personable and explained in a way I could understand all he was doing throughout my initial visit and biopsy procedure. He spent an appropriate amount of time with me and listened to and answered my questions. I found him to be qualified and competent.
All my interactions with front office staff and technicians/nurses were pleasant and professional.
No complaints and will continue to see Dr. Go as needed in the future.

Dr. Go is my Go-to for everything Ears Nose and Throat! From sinus surgery to ear infections, Dr. Go always diagnoses and takes care of any issues. Also, office staff is always nice, helpful, and understanding and appointments are always on time!

Dr. Go was an excellent doctor. He took his time and talked me through the entire diagnosis. His nurses were wonderful as well. The only complaint I have is one of the front desk employees was less than friendly; actually, the opposite. Even still, I will recommend this facility to anyone I know.

I am so grateful to Dr. Go. At 38 weeks pregnant he was able to stop nosebleeds that were severe. I will never forget his care, time and compassion towards my healing. We are lucky to have Dr. Go to serve those in Brevard county!

Dr. Go and staff were great. Quickly diagnosed my issue and offered a resolution. They were kind and accommodating with me throughout the process.

Dr. Go is very thorough. He has an excellent bed-side manner and explains everything he is doing to help cure my sinus problems.

My son has had stuffed nose for several months. The doctor prescribed him nasal drops to use strictly only 3 days. And stuffed nose problem has gone forever. Thank you, doctor!

He is very caring and genuinely interested in his patients. His office is not very prompt or attentive to patient communication, however.

I can breathe ! ! I'm quite excited with the prospect of not getting so may sinus infections now that they will drain much better.
The procedure was not a big deal and right in the Dr. Office. I'm very happy with results.

The staff was very pleasant and very helpful and Dr. Go was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed at all times of the procedure.
