They opened an actual store this year but I found their food courts in a Latin American produce store called Thrifty. They serve authentic Latin and Caribbean food. Everything was very good the rice and bean combination was very good and the pulled pork just fell apart when they put it into the box and when eating. The ox tail was a great value and very tasty. The frozen mango juice was delicious because there wasn't a lot of sugar and you got a very real deliciously tasting mango flavor throughout. For me the highlight of the meal was the chicharron. I have been craving it for a hot minute and it hit the spot. So tender and juicy, just made it extra special. They also had a bakery that looked delicious but the portions are definitely a great value. The service is great trying to assist in any way possible.

I would consider this place of hidden gem in Palm Bay.

Fast quick and easy lunch or dinner mostly under $10
Everyone who works there is super friendly and ready to help.

If you’ve ever been to thrifty, you know what type of food to expect Latin food with a little twist. It was all very fresh and excellently flavored I’m very surprised by the quality and the quantity we got for the price tag.

Definitely worth stopping by if you don’t feel like cooking dinner or making lunch one day I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Wow! My Puerto Rican MIL, recently departed, was smiling down upon us when we found this restaurant! What a clean and abundant display of PR culinary delights and so much food for $9.95 each! If you like Latin food, don't miss this restaurant right off I-95!

This place is exactly what was missing in Palm Bay! We moved from Hialeah and have a hard time finding good Latin food. The portion size is very good and the prices are very good. It's about $8.95-$9.95 for a plate. I wanted to try the mofongo but I think that is just for lunch. The oxtail was very good and overall for the price we were very happy. Highly recommend!

Walking in, I was very impressed with the massive selection this place has. Grabbed a ticket and waited maybe a minute for the nice lady behind the glass to ask me what would I like (while she had a smile on her face) ordered yellow rice with pork in the rice topped with black beans. My side I had to get the sweet plantains, and of course the meat had to be pork. Bring cuban I love pork. While I walked down the line of this massive amount of food I made my way to the salad area, of course my food wouldn't be complete without an avocado salad. Further down the line I shuffled and made it to the empanadas to which I had to buy some for my kids. In total I bought six empanadas my and my food with the salad and still was under 30 bucks. Sounds like a lot of money but I did in fact get a lot of food. The yellow rice and pork with black beans were delicious had good flavor. The plantains were ok I think a little too done for my liking. The pork on the other hand was very good, almost melts in your mouth good. The avocado salad tasted fresh and very delicious. Thanks for being here in palm bay. Being from Hialeah, it's hard to find good Spanish food where your not paying through the nose for it. Thank you for the great food.

This is a really good place to eat. Food is fabulous, service is great, and i always feel like I'm the heart of a carribean town when I sit down to eat. No frills, just great food. Try the black rice, it is delicious.

Smiling faces to start with as you walk in the door, the wonderful smell and taste of the foods, the combos, the sides, the deserts, and the coffee. My first impression of eating nerds telling me that I will be going back and eating a lot more times and anybody that enjoys Caribbean food this should be your go-to.

I happened upon this new gem when stopping by to drop off a package at The UPS Store located in the same shopping center. I was delighted to pop in to see a cafeteria style set with a beautiful selection of delightful Caribbean and Latin cuisine options. The prices for a combo meal of one meat and two sides was less than $10. What an incredible price for a full take out box. I got the yellow rice with pigeon peas, yuca, and pork bites (cerado fritas) with a side of garlic oil. My husband had the shredded pork (pernil), white rice, and fried plantains. So scrumptious! We so enjoyed both of our meals so much and can't wait to go back. We did select 3 different empanadas to try. They were okay but nothing compared to the Empanada King at the Renninger's Flea Market. I loved that their signage was in both English and Spanish to help order. It seemed difficult for the workers to hear me through the buffet glass dividers whether I spoke Spanish or English. It seemed many workers were Spanish-only speaking but some English speakers were accessible to help if needed. I love the authenticity of the food and diversity of the workers. I look forward to coming back to enjoy the excellent flavors and service.

I’m autistic and new places always freak me out. The staff was so kind and patient with me and answered all my questions about the food….
The FOOD tho? I’d sell my left kidney just for a single empanada from this place. Everything they make is amazing and you are selling yourself short if you aren’t actively eating here.

I honestly do not understand reviews that said food is expensive or burnt. We paid $8.95 for a huge (to me) portion of lunch: pigeon rice, beans, yucca, chicken with gravy. We also got some pastries and they were very good.
I come from CA and these prices are amazing. We came on Mon at around 2 pm and it was not crowded but everything was fresh, hot and delicous. Service was just fine for cafeteria style. This will be my to go place when I come to visit my family in FL again.

OMG, I have never had such amazing food as I had here, everything is so delicious, you just want to try it all, you can not go wrong with anything you order and the prices are super cheap and you definitely get huge portions for the price, but they don't skimp on flavors or use cheap ingredients, this is a definite yes for my family.

Spotless dining area. Courteous staff! What a nice surprise! Wish I knew about this place sooner.. Home- cooked Caribbean cuisine fresh and tasty... Served cafeteria style. They even have fresh deserts!!! I had black beans on white rice, with braised yucca... Sooooo delicious! My wife had the pigeon rice with fried plantains that were screaming! SO happy to find a Caribbean eatery where nothing is undercooked or oversalted... I'll be back real soon!

Our first visit and we were very pleased with our food, and all of the delicious options we had to choose from. Everyone who works here was smiling, friendly, and seemed happy to be serving us. We got lunch plates to go, plus some extras for later, and several selections from the bakery/dessert case, which all look wonderful! We found prices to be very reasonable, and are looking forward to another visit soon. P.S. We ate our meringues, and they were sooooo good!!

I visited here today for the very first time, and I was very impressed with the friendliness of all the employees and how delicious the food was. The price was also very good for the amount of food that you get.
