Arby's

The gentleman who was working tonight was amazing! I placed an online order and not only did he bring it out to us, but he brought our drinks out first, let us know it would be out in a few minutes, and came back super fast, he even noticed the soda syrup ran out without us saying anything and brought new ones. Wow I’ve never had service that good before ever.. that man needs a raise!

The food is usually always good, of course depending on who makes it and if they are rushing and / or care about if they are making it the right way or not. And the workers are normally very nice and greet you when you walk in the door. Sometimes, you can get a person who just wants to hurry you up and get to the next customer.

I had a slight wait for my food as they were busy. They apologized numerous times and were very polite. Great staff.

Clean restaurant with a modern vibe. Open feeling and bright. Food is tasty and service team is kind and helpful.

Food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is always great! The restaurant is very clean and well stocked. Loved this restaurant!

This was my first experience eating at Arby's and I had a kings Hawaiian and it was delicious

Jahred Bass is the best employee there very nice very courteous fast to get your food and fast to take care of your problems if you have any I've never had a problem

The drive thru was quick and efficient. My order came out correct and the staff was friendly. The food was good for a fast food restaurant.

Food was ok, barely warm when received. Service was fast.

Wow...Arby's is quickly becoming my favorite. A better Ruben is not available anywhere. Double toasted swirl bread with the thinnest, leanest cornbeef I have ever had. I do not get the thousand island dressing. The curley fries and Coke Zero are perfect to complete the lunch. Never did I think Arby's would deliver such flavor!!!!

My drive thru order taker did not take my order right. The actual cashier had to undo and redo the order and then I had to wait an extra 5 to 10 minutes for my order.

Food was fantastic. Service was great. Management even apologized that the wait was a bit. Much better service than the surrounding food joints. Props to management, and Charlie.

Store has been here for years and always been a good alternative for burgers. They even let me order a portion of the roast beef no bun no cheese for my lactose intolerant, gluten allergic son. You can probably imagine how hard it is to find places where the guy can eat anything of the menu. Thanks Arby's crew

I go here often. Only arbys in the area. Good food. Service is fast enough, can get pricey though. Much better than the one on 19.

Arby's is my go-to fast food place. I feel like it's not "AS" bad as others, and they have "AMAZING" deals w/the coupons from the mail. Which unlike other places allow more than "1 deal" per coupon!

Most food is made fresh, and drive-through allows ”multiple deals”, friendly staff (past 6 months),. 😁

Great selection of food:
Multiple Meats, sliced roast beef, corned beef, lamb, Chicken-(crispy fillet, grilled filet, nuggets, tenders), Appetizers, Sides, Curly & Crinkle Cut fries, Mozzarella sticks, Jalapeno bites w/cream cheese filling & delicious berry sauce for dipping.😋BEST SHAKES IN TOWN!!!

I did have some issues over the years with this location. I never complained, until last time approx end 2021/beginning of 2022? they totally fixed it! It made me happy! (Been going here 12+ yrs)

I'm not 1 to complain, and I keep getting "effed🤬 by a lot of local food places, on pretty large $$ orders. But Arby's HASN'T been 1 of them.

***Drive-thru constantly FORGETS TO GIVE MY RECEIPT 😪** I don't realize till I drive away. (I can use it for pts in rewards apps like Fetch. When i remember to)🙂

Minor:
The prices went up a little "like EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE," but some portions/items have gotten smaller

The mobile app is a bit confusing; the coupon deals from the mail flyer don't work with it. The mail flyer states that rewards members get $5/20 on weekends.
How? in drive-thru on App?

Workers here are soooo nice and sweet

Kyla was so nice and went out of her way to make it a great experience.

Overall it's Arby's but when you have a hard time finding gyros you like and Arby's is better and doesn't have overly garlicky flavor in their tiziki sauce and the meat isnt a hard crunch bite you cannot beat it.

As usual the cheddar beef sandwich is my fave still though, and love curly fries with cheese cup. Lol.

Friendly staff the only downside is their French fries suck cold and hard
