10/05/23 I don’t know if the Brooksville pharmacy reads these reviews, but I just wanted to let you know that an old woman that is complaining about the professionalism of the pharmacist is 100% in the wrong. I’ve been sitting in a waiting room listening to this woman make phone calls inquiring about her prescription. She’s had all the calls on speaker phone. The pharmacist she was talking to was very patient and professional while this older woman berated her and wouldn’t listen to any of her answers. She then hung up and called the store manager to complain about the pharmacist.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The staff are pleasant, knowledgeable, and customer focused. Best pharmacy staff in town.

For as busy as this pharmacy is, the employees do a great job! Keep up the great work!

Diana is always so helpful every time I come in. She even took the time to call me to let me know one of my prescriptions was going to be put back did I still want to pick it up. Thank you so much Diana because without your call I would have forgotten to pick it up. Thank you Walgreens for having her on your team.

You can't get any better than Walgreens (13053 Cortez Blvd, Brookville, Florida 34613). The kindness, patience, and dedication is one that all pharmacies should show. I have never had a problem with any of the staff or the pharmacy people, and it is always a pleasure to go there and have their professional and courteous behavior as a wonderful experience.

I picked up a prescription at the drive-thru and it was quick and easy and the pharmacist was very pleasant.

Got my 1st vaccine and was happy with the service and shot..thank you for making my visit not so traumatic as I worried about it being.
