Crystal S. was professional and very helpful in changing my rear light. Aftee leaving a competitor who told me they could sell me a light but they couldn't change it for me. She went out of her way to call someone to see if the bulb that was stock was interchangeable for my car. Thanks Crystal.

My windshield wipers were shot, and I wasn't confident in my skills to replace them. No worries! First I was shown where they were, and given the sizes I needed, and given the options available. When I brought my choices to the register they approved the choices as good, and without hesitation installed them, giving me a good view, so if I chose to do it myself next time I could. Pleasant, helpful and patient - what more could I ask?

My Jeep had a dead battery this morning the manager of the Brooksville FL Auto Zone on Cortez Blvd, I think his name was Chase was amazing. He was so nice and took care of my battery. Very good service.

Angels do exist and I found 1 at AutoZone and her name is Crystal Sommer. As soon as I walked in I knew I found my store. I needed a low beam headlight. I was given options and she explained everything I needed to know about the bulb. To top it off Crystal came right out and installed my bulbs for me. Thank You, Crystal for everything. And, I want to say Thank You AutoZone for hiring people like Crystal and Tom (he was also a big help in explaining the cute rubber guys what they did.). Thank You. I’ll be back.😉☺

Was in there to buy headlight replacement bulbs. A few customers were at the counter, so I thought I’d have to wait a bit. Someone came out from the back and helped me right away. I appreciated that.

I needed a new battery for my car. I've been to this location before. However, due to certain circumstances today I tried to go to a complete different company closer to my home (fear my car would die). That company was advanced auto parts and they told me they could not install my battery because it would take longer than 30 minutes. This was told to me over the phone without even looking at my car. So I went to the AutoZone on Cortez boulevard like I knew I should have done because I bought batteries for them before and I've always had exceptional service. Today was nothing different. I had a nice young lady who forgive me, I cannot pronounce or spell her name but she was from Puerto Rico. She told me a little bit of her life story about being a veteran and especially since it is veterans Day, I appreciated her and her willingness to put in my new car battery. If the managers of the store see this, please give that girl a raise. Great service and great people!

If you need parts ask for crystal.. she is knowledgeable, smart, and very good at her job!!!

She does commercial as well as front counter!! If you’re commercial and crystal isn’t available joe is your go two!!!

Great experience!! Needed a new battery with installation and just got back from a competitor who couldn’t do the job. Walked in was greeted even when employees were busy with other clients and was assured I would be attended to in a timely manner. Once I got helped I was out quicker than expected and dealt with extremely great customer service and care. A huge thanks to Larry and the team at the auto one in Brooksville Florida!!!

What an amazing crew at this store. They went over and beyond to help us with a difficult part issue. Not only did they solve the problem they put it in for me twice! Went into store to buy a battery. Staff was very pleasant and extremely professional. When it to change the battery the store manager Larry and his employee Joseph went above and beyond to assist me putting in the battery. It was extremely corroded but Larry did not stop until the job was completed. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone for top of the line service. A+ in my Book!!!

Store manager was really great and personable. Helped me out with my issues and gave me multiple options on how to fix them (even if it involved going to another store). The openness and friendliness of this store is what keeps me going back. I never have spent more here versus another store- but I would if I had to because I trust the opinions and help received.

Randy k is the greatest, legit goat. He helped me figure everything out with my car down to a T then helped my friend with all of her stuff. This man deserves a raise and employee of the month

We have been to multiple auto parts stores in the Brooksville/Spring Hill area, and this one is by far the best! The employees are friendly and very professional. Even though it's a little out of the way, we will be coming here in the future because the excellent service they provide is worth the extra miles!
