Cafe Red

It's my local Cafe and has always been a really relaxed and positive place to be in. Everything is vegetarian or vegan I believe and there's quite the variety. Staff are always super friendly and I appreciate that they are still wearing masks when handling food and drink. Almost wish everywhere would do that or encourage it. There are also items you can purchase and a little library that you can check out with various books about social justice and change. Also zines and local content.

It’s a cute little cafe with a nice outdoor patio where I’ve had the most fun hanging with my vegan friends listening to talented Jazz musicians and poets and artists of every kind!

The drinks are delicious, the sandwiches are hot and melty, and they are gracious enough to allow us to reserve the space for birthdays & small get togethers as well! ❤

Everyone is SO nice here! The food is delicious & the coffee is great. I got the canela latte, easy on the sweetness (I like my coffee stronger) and it was amazing. I also recommend their canela cold brew and pesto sandwich. Plus it’s all vegan so no animals are harmed in the making 😌🫶🏽🌱

So good! I love the vibe of this place and their food is really good and I can’t imagine Seattle without it. Spacious, bright, and the service is great. They have a couple bathrooms, heaters situated outside. I wouldn’t recommend getting an espresso but they do mixed drinks exceptionally well and their food is delicious.

Super excited to learn everything they have is Vegan. So had to go and give them a try. Had the pesto breakfast sandwich and cold brew. It was very yummy.
The staff was friendly, happy and fast! Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more.

First timer here with my hubby. I just love the atmosphere: very cute and esthetic. The bathroom is so cute 🥰. Drinks are refreshingly good! Breakfast goodies are delicious 🤤. Highly recommended!!!

This neighborhood coffee shop is the best. Everything about it. Friendly, delicious coffees and food, incredible back patio. The atmosphere is the cherry on top. You’ll feel right at home whether it’s your first or 100th visit. I usually just get a latte but when the weather warms up the oatnilla cold brew is my jam. Nothing like it, beyond delicious.

Red Cafe serves up banging vegan burritos and delicious coffee with excellent customer service and a clean homie atmosphere. I highly recommend the chorizo burrito, but whatever you decide to grab will be a hit.

Walk off the othello light rail link station into this awesome cafe. The vibe is very much unique and cool. I enjoyed the Pesto breakfast sandwich, a cappuccino, the artichoke blossoms, Mac and cheeze, and great conversations.

The portions are small but I think they are great for a lovely lunch. It was perfect for a sunny crisp lunch date with some friends. It’s a place I can work or enjoy a nice book while immersed in an oasis in the middle of the community.

Will go back to enjoy the chill vibes and the love of the community.

This is such a great place to get amazing coffee. My favorite is their canella brew. We travel from near Tacoma whenever we can just for the great service, fantastic vegan menu and excellent service. Their outdoor is great year round (they have heaters for the patio in the cold weather). I tell everyone who is looking for a good cup of coffee about Cafe Red.

This place is always delicious. 100% plant-based & vegan. I’m glad that they made their burritos bigger and more filling. The seasonal items are delicious- stop in and try.

I've had the pleasure of door dashing this restaurant and I'm so happy I could finally eat it fresh. Absolutely delicious. I loved the atmosphere. Great vibes and amazing food. My carnivore brother said it was the best vegan sandwich I ever made him eat.

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. They have a simple menu with items suitable for breakfast or lunch, which I'll need to try soon. They have an exceptional cold brew with notes of chocolate and brewed well.

They also have a rewards program.

Such a cute little spot with friendly employees! It's not too often you find a reasonably priced vegan breakfast/brunch place. The pesto breakfast sandwich was delicious, highly recommend!

What a gem!!!! A great place to hang out, both inside as outside on their pretty patio in the back. Lots of space! Coffee is absolutely amazing, meticulously brewed and poured, the crew knows EVERYTHING about what they serve. We were lucky enough to meet the co-owner Jesiah, but missed Haley... The designs, the interior, the crew friendliness and knowledge, the quality of drinks AND the FULLY VEGAN menu would have made this my second living room in Seattle if I had only lived there.... Oh... They also sell stroopwafel!!!

Takeout or pickup loses a bit of the heat and experience so either time your pickup well or be fine waiting (worth the wait!)
Hashbrowns, avocado hashbrowns, pesto sandwich, cauliflower wings and mac and cheese when that comes back! And the drinks are amazingly good- worth the price for the artisan level of flavor.

Very friendly, community-oriented place. The lattes I have had were amazing. I also bought some really great coffee beans to take home. The barista was knowledgeable to suggest the kind of beans that would best suit my preferences and ground them to fit with my method of brewing at home.
