Not my home gym, but stopped here for a workout while in the area. 15 minutes into my workout, I felt excruciating back pain that brought me to my knees. I thought I was gonna need to be carried out. Multiple gym goers and employees showed concern and empathy for me, and I really appreciate that. So…it was a terrible day (I threw my back out) but great vibes from the people here - especially the young man who helped me up. Thank you.

This is my all time favorite gym!! The staff are always so nice and courteous. I have never had any issues with any of the members or staff. There is a variety of equipment and they are all inclusive and judgment free. I see a lot of bad reviews here and all I have to say is if you don’t like the place, find another gym! There’s one on Spring Hill Drive if you don’t like the one on Cortez. I’m just saying!

Some if these bad reviews are laughable.....I've been coming to this gym ever since they opened and I'm there to work out almost everyday. Never had a issue with staff. Staff has always been personable and if you should have a question it is always addressed and they are happy to help. So don't always believe what you read on bad reviews it's a gossip column for bordom

Love coming to this gym, close to home & the staff is AMAZING especially Karo. She takes good care of any issues or concerns I may have. I would give this place 100 stars if they let me! I recommend to everyone in the neighborhood.

All the employees who work here are helpful and kind. There are some people who leave reviews that come from fake accounts. It is sad for those people who have nothing going on in their own life to be so bored to make comments about people they do not even know. What is also sad is the fact that they do not even have enough courage to stand behind what they review. If you are going to take big step and leave a comment, you should be big. I see by your reviews you are small. Go somewhere with small minded opinions and stay there. I am not sure if you were taught this but if you have nothing nice to say keep it to yourself. No one likes a Debbie downer.

I am grateful for the opportunity to take some time for body/mind health. I ran into an old friend, but we didn't chat we were focused on our fitness goals.

This is a good spot to hit some weights, and break a sweat.

Very clean gym. Prices are great. Working out on the weekend is great because nobody’s there all out get all the gym to yourself. Busy during the week though. So far I’ve lost 90 pounds.

Lots of machine options, few down, AC is up, clean and smells Ok for a gym. Great gym and runs circles around the Spring Hill location.

I'm new to this location (Brooksville, FL) and feel this is the best site I've been to! Real appreciative to the staff!

Facility size and cleanliness is good. Staff are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Best showers , ever they are well designed and well appointed. Hot water and great pressure. Very clean, And unlike most every PF in Florida has bars installed for ease and safety, glass door entry from your personal changing area!!. No slipping across floors,! AND they still, as always provide hair dryer. Seriously serves all the areas of being the Gym they advertise. As a traveling black card member im exhausted by the poor showers and rotten hours at most EVERY other in the state of Florida. Staff is also great. Can't go wrong this location does it RIGHT!

Very clean facility and the staff is awesome!

Always clean, consistent staff, plenty of machinery, tanning, massage chairs & beds, showers, lockers, never closed (except for covid) staff wears masks...great place been coming here since they opened and have no complaints whatsoever.

It is amazing the quality and number of types of equipment.

The app gives extra tips for warmups, stretches and workouts, as well as clubs busy times.

The hydro massage is worth the membership fee.

The club is so clean and inviting.

The employees are very respectful and helpful. They do a great job keeping the gym in food shape.

Staff all nice at this location. They are always cleaning and seem to be knowledgeable when answering customer questions. It's a busy location but plenty equipment. Only complaint is some equipment takes awhile to be repaired but this is probably due to vendor issues. In all I will continue to recommend this location.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice massage chairs, fantastic women's showers with changing area attached so you don't have to cross the room to change.

I am a member. Great place to unwind with some exercise.
