Penny was amazing from the first phone call to closing. I live out of state and owned a rental property in Tallahassee that was being mismanaged. When we first spoke she offered to walk the property and present options to me. In the end, I decided that it was time to sell, she advocated for me and went above and beyond as she worked with the management company, tenant, repair people, and final purchaser. Due to some issues with the tenant the house did not sell when listed, however within her networks she was able to find a buyer and we closed faster than expected. Penny has helped us immensely twice.

Once, when we moved to Tallahassee in 2017. She guided us towards Waverly Hills, a neighborhood we love. When there seemed to be nothing for sale there, she called a fellow realtor and arranged for us to view a home before it went on the market. It was perfect for us.

The second time was in 2023 when we decided to move to Maryland to be near our son and his family. She helped us price the house, gave advice on preparing it to go on the market, and even gave us excellent advice on what type of home to buy in Maryland! I can't say enough good things about Penny!

Penny is absolutely the best! She helped us sell our townhouse in Tallahassee by guiding us through the entire process starting with recommendations on what renovations to do to get the best return on our money.
