I could spend the day in Michaels if I had the money to play with. There's so many items to choose from. If your a crafter, it's your best place for the price. They carry so many fabulous items. This is your place for fantastic deals and merchandise.

They're adding quite a bit of inventory that makes their store much more appealing. Allot of variety & prices are good! Come see! You'll love it too! I do wood inlay & box decorating with leather & brass & wood burning & they have EVERYTHING i need to do it all!

Love their instore coupons. Also like the rewards you get for purchases. I used a $5 reward plus an in-store coupon for 30% off a regular priced item. So I got a great deal on my item! I also love ordering online and picking my items up at the store. I always use online coupons for these purchases.

The store was very clean and organized. The young lady was very friendly and helpful. The items I was looking for was well stocked and on sale.

Customer associate, Alex, was a life saver. I picked up an instacart order and was immediately lost upon walking in. I had 4 items to find. I asked for help. After she personally brought me to the four items, I realized I would have never made it out of the store with this exact order, or possible have hade to cancel it. However, she knew exactly where to take me.

Black Friday deals were outstanding, and the shop is full of knowledgeable staff that are current and could help with any product or technique I mentioned within their respective depts.

This is the place for christmas decorations. They had everything we needed, which were large outdoor ornaments for our big pine trees.

Honestly I used to be hardcore about Joann's fabrics but when I bought one of those cricket vinyl sheet storage bins at Jo-Ann's on "clearance" and ended up paying less for more of those at Michaels and they weren't on sale, I was done. Really tired of Joanne's marking things up to put it on sale, it's literally everything in the store. I appreciate that Michaels is up front with the price.

The store manager knows her stores functions and was most helpful in saving us money while accomplishing our purchases. Thank you.

Some items are a little pricy but you can sign up for their rewards program to get rewards on all your purchases and their do offer great sales on items pretty often. I had a girl take really great care of me when I was missing merchandise I had purchased earlier that day. I was so grateful to her and how she handled my particular situation. Your hard work and special care doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated!!

I went to Michael’s for the first time on the 23rd in the midst of the holiday rush. I needed to get two small canvases framed. I was extremely unfamiliar with the store and what I needed to get the project done on short notice for a Christmas present.

When I finally went to ask for assistance, Zoe went above and beyond to help me and explain what I would need and what my options were. She helped me to find two frames in my budget and even helped me get them situated properly.

I couldn’t have asked for a better first-time experience at Michael’s and I am so glad for Zoe’s kindness, patience and friendliness.
