Great place, reasonable prices, very clean and friendly staff...

I come here for wine and niche spirits- they always have them and the staff are more than happy to show you where to find it. A lot of wines have nice deals.
Could not tell you his name, but the young man in the wine section is very knowledgable and we have nice conversations about different recommendations of his. thank u sir :)

Staff greeting as we walked in the door. Ask if we needed help. He walked us to the Jeam Beam family. Very nice staff. Prices are awesome.

First time in the store since re-built. Gal leaving desk (I cornerd her LOL!) went above and beyond...with patience to help me find what I wanted. Guy jumped over to check out quick but seemed unhappy. Store'd been open for only 3.5 hrs so not like end of shift. Next time I'm there I hope to see that hidden smile!

The best selection in tallahassee, with very helpful staff. Every category of alcohol has the most choices of brand names.

As I expect it. My handicapped spot is always available. I’m sentimental about Bourbon but prefer Tequila. I slip in to get a lil’ taste of Jim Beam, these people have always provided the best of service. Same service, my $4 Bourbon or $50 tequila. I’m lying, I’ve never spent $50 on one bottle of tequila. Few but not one.

Always fascinated by the ever increasing selection, the beautiful displays. The staff members are courteous and knowledgeable, particularly John Chern who has a long history with ABC. Such a pleasant shopping experience!

Not really a place to hang. But why would it be?
It's busy enough that short wait is not uncommon, but tolerable.

Buying a gift for a bourbon drinker. Of which I AM NOT. The Professional Gentleman Aubrey was there to assist! I told him that I wouldn't mind becoming a bourbon drinker and what would he recommend for a "Haven't liked it yet, old fat guy such as myself?" We settled on a bottle of Barrell Dovetail. I may have been CONVERTED! This Gentleman knows his business. I sincerely doubt he will lead you astray! Checkout was cheerful and very pleasant. I apologize Madam for forgetting your name. Very nice place. The staff were friendly, selection of everything was very impressive. Prices were reasonable. I will definitely be coming back here, it was fun just seeing what all they keep in stock. Would certainly recommend.

I enjoyed my experience there. I didn't know what I wanted, so I spent quite a bit of time walking in circles around the place. Even if they were watching or looking at me strange, they allowed me to look unbothered until I was ready to check out. The cashier at the 2nd register from the door was so polite and friendly. She made me feel less embarrassed when I clumsily put the Twisted Shots on the counter with my other items and she politely grabbed them when she saw them sliding. I wasn't concerned about them breaking because they were plastic, but I appreciate her being considerate, cordial, and professional. Customer service can make or break an experience and I'm extremely impressed and pleased with my delicious purchase and a positive interaction. I chose this location because I remember having a great experience during a wine tasting years ago. It's nice to be valued as a customer and I will be back. It's totally worth driving from more than 30 minutes away.

Went in and needed assistance on choosing a champagne and white wine, and Aubrey was a massive help, walking me through specifics of all different types, and recommending pairings and discussing taste, where they were made, how they differed, etc. Aubrey is extremely knowledgable and was very helpful in my selection.
