McDonald's

We arrived at 11:55 at night, know on they close at 1:00. Meal took a few extra minutes but they gave us an extra fry for the wait and I greatly appreciate the great customer service. Thank you!

Honestly I was very surprised by the reviews here. It’s a very clean and beautiful McDonald’s, and the food was ready fast and was still warm when I came to pick up. Can’t help that yall seem to have a lot of Karen’s close by.

The absolute best McDonald’s in Tallahassee to DoorDash from. This location is super friendly and super quick. They understand the assignment of fast food. Highly recommend.

I wish the cashier would at least acknowledge you. They just take payment and close the window. They do not even speak, nothing 😒

Decent food, but priced right. We go there on occasion when convenient. Clean n very quick service. My two german shepherd dogs, 100 lbs. Each love mickey ds, hamburger.

A very high quality McDonald's. The staff and service was exemplary food was delivered hot fresh and fast. And the employees were very courteous and friendly and do their jobs without any issues at all. Everything is kept clean and neat and tidy including the bathrooms it's just a big plus.

Mom who is 93 years old ... Who loves your mocha frappe and GOOD and Hot Fries.

I had ordered 2 Big Macs that were special made. And when the cashier rang it up, she went back to the kitchen to make sure they knew what I ordered was correctly made.

The staff was friendly. They were packed. But they did great at getting things done quickly and getting it correct

Drive thru order ...breakfast was fresh cooked so it took a few minutes. It was worth it. I've never had better service or food at any McDonalds.

You don't typically expect much from McDonald's when you know how big the chain really is, but it was super clean. All the employees were working, my cashier was very friendly, and my order was fresh as well as accurate. 5/5 for my visit.

Left home so fast this morning that I forgot my wallet which never happens. I realized it after just ordering & said “never mind I forgot my wallet & she replied no problem I’ve got you” & I’m thinking what?? Ok this is what great service and people who care do. This is my new MickeyD’s !

Have not been in this McDonald's for a few months. Before the pandemic, I used to wait for 20 minutes around the time kids got out of school. It is much faster now. Only 5 minutes this time. They opened for dine-in now. Some people walked in but most only ordered to go.

My experience here tonight was great! Good customer service and they made sure our order was correct before giving it to us. Pretty impressive for the recent McDonald's experiences I've had.

Every one gives bad reviews because they don't know what happens behind the counter. This McDonald's might have some bad reviews but the staff is mostly sweet and the manager gets anxious about everything, not to mention the very sweet ladys that gave us 2 FREE Mm flurries. All should read this review and be sweet to the waiters and waitresses, they are probably kind of mean because you guys are mean to them. You need to be kind in order for them to be kind. I'm young and under 16 and this is my point of view. Mabye you adults should try to take character development classes, but then again I'm only a kid.

Well I have to say the more I visit this McDonald's the lower my opinion gets it seems like their service is up and down. When the owners / managers are at the facility their service is top-notch but when the
owners or managers are not there the service slips and most of the time the crew will forget to put in salt and pepper napkins etc it's potluck.

Thoroughly enjoyed my few days at the Escapees Rainbow Plantation. The people were very nice, lots of good neighbors, and do many of us lean pretty much the same way politically. I felt right at home! Thank you and Happy Trails! :)

The new girl at the first window was so sweet and nice and the girl at the second window was really nice. My fish sandwich was great as always put together nicely not like some McDonald's and my friends double bacon cheeseburger was really good she said.

Its McDonald's. Had lunch with my boys after their haircuts. Food was hot. However felt like the drive thru was more important than the dining room. Employee taking my order didn't smile at all but wasn't rude. Like I said its McDonald's.
